I always associate it with animal rescues and find it really weird when adults use it to refer to their own house.

Do we know how many bedrooms the crappy bungalow has? In my head it's a 5 bed but I'm realising I don't actually have that backed up by facts. I'm just picturing this sprawling property full of her tat. That would be excessive so I'm assuming it's less.
I'm guessing it's forbidden to post a copy of the floorplan of the crappy bungalow, but it has one massive bedroom and two further double bedrooms.

It also has a kitchen, dining room, living room, huge hallway that could be used as an office and a "lobby" room off the kitchen which would make a good utility/pantry/office.

It's 158sq m which is very large.

Letting that ltd company close would seem astronomically stupid. It simplies your tax arrangements massively especially with diverse income streams and can become a get out of tax free card once you start with dividens etc. Once you become a sole trader, that patreon, paypal, all of it become very taxable. THey are not going to swallow 'it was a donation' when it says quite clearl on patreon it was not a donation and it comes in regular as clockwork.

Keeping a Ltd company structure is not hard, your accountant does most of the work, I cannot fathom whywith income streams like this taxes werenpt paid and documents filed, so someone with this structure to their income would become subject to the rules of sole traders. Well I can fathom a reason, but duck me thats dumb.
Yep. And you can become liable for VAT even as a sole trader if your turnover is more than £85k (note, turnover not profit), which is a ballache to deal with. It's also much easier to do that through a company structure and get your accountants to deal with it.
Plus I do wonder how well she keeps "church and state" (i.e. Personal and professional finances) separate as a sole trader, especially as she's getting money in from a source like paypal.

That CCJ has baffled me. It's a small amount for someone who is determined to get their own house any time soon.

It's not a small amount for someone in actual poverty but, speaking from experience, you tend to get a lot of payment offers and opportunities to pay, as well as the matter going to court. It's rather curious to me really. Especially as she's allegedly had bailiffs at the door and CCJs before etc
Didn't Elton also have a shopping addiction?

I'm leaning towards she spends everything, based on the immense stash of make-up, clutter of her kitchen, requirement to use multiple rooms for "sorting" her stuff to prepare for a move. In several months time.

It's quite a Mumsnet term, generally to a large house that will do you until the kids grow up. It's not the first house you buy.
This is why the term is baffling when used to describe the awkward arrangement planned of sleeping on the couch but using SB’s bedroom when he isn’t there etc. it isn’t ‘their’ home, it’s ‘her’ home. 😞

'And I definitely havent included everything. Eddie Murphy used to say he had entries for 50k on his tax return for snacks...... have a walloping great amount of money she is presumably going to have put down as snacks on that tax return...
I'll tell you who she does have down as a right snack....and he's just buried his grandma. Lol

Whatever rit she’s already been up to has already managed to fill 19 pages since I logged off last night, and as I don’t have a bank holiday today I SHAN’T be able to catch up now. Just popping in with this, as an example of Jack’s ‘growth’ as a person (aka she will never be able to change or grow, or remember what story she’s already told/keep her story straight). I know a lot of “y’all” have seen these posts, but I’m putting them together for posterity

This from the 2015 Times article I posted the other day

PS her publisher (and qualified therapist who may or may not be Jack’s therapist) also completely supported and egged her on

It’s very clear the tide has turned though, the quote tweets replying to this petty pathetic nonsense were overwhelmingly gushing and positive. Things have changed a lot since then.

EDIT: found Carole’s tweet
‘Cast out from a lifetime job’? I thought she resigned from it?!

Why does she spend £169 every month on an oven? Is it on finance - and if so how did she get it on finance with a CCJ? If she got it before the CCJ it must be the most expensive oven in the world.

Even big commercial catering ovens are less than £5000 (much less, if you shop around). I just looked at a couple of sites and I can pick up a six burner size that wouldn’t even fit in my kitchen for £2500 plus vat brand new. And commercial catering ovens wouldn’t be useful for testing her slop.

Must be Jackmaths. Like the council tax which can’t be £280 (and I accept that if it was 271 or so it would be understandable to call it £280) unless she’s also paying off arrears.
It also begs the question - why buy an oven for a rented property?

I am quite sure AM wasn't aware ahead of the offer but that donation is on a credit card. So likely someone who is not able to afford £20 out of their disposable income. Same but different.
I'm not having a go at AM. just shows the mentality of twitterites. CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME GUYS. Look after yourself and your family before you get in debt for a stranger on the Internet

It also has a frequently broken into garage, which looks bigger than my first flat, driveway, and the outbuilding she turned into a studio.

I wouldn't use my debit card on the internet. I put everything I can through a credit card for cashback and then pay it off in full at the end of the month.

I highly doubt the squig in question has money problems based on their Twitter feed. I use a credit card regularly and settle it in full every month and it's been years since I've had any issue at all with money.

I would speculate that Jack thinks if she can get the flat bought and paid for she's home free (lol).
So if she's got the cash there and hasn't been paying tax she's worried it's up for grabs, but once it's been spent they can't do anything about it (also lol).

ETA I'm labouring under my assumption she has been putting the 'other £2.5k' away each month, rather than just spending that too, which would result in the same £0 'left'. I give it 60/40 which one it is.

Please can thread 400 start today. I start a new job tomorrow 🔺 and won’t be able to look at my phone.

Also, my fave thing on this thread has been all the detective pics, mods then warning you to stop, mods are ignored and more detective pics appear, until mods appear and get all official WARNED!

Cracked me up 🤣
