I’m finding

enjoy x

to be rather threatening. Send comfortos.
In my waiting on days I was lucky enough to work in a very splendid place (expensive for customers/great tips and they fed the staff after closing-good times) but on pain of death did we command guests to ‘enjoy’ their food for exactly that reason. You could politely say ‘I hope you enjoy your meal’ but really it’s on the person you’re feeding to decide their enjoyment levels!

Yes.
Yes please.

I'm sure once he's home from the extended hospital stay after the slop removal procedures, he'll forgive you.
I’m seriously considering it. I think the stuffing ball soup is a great start. I try new recipes quite often so it won’t raise his suspicions and he really has quite a strong constitution. 🤔

Unsure she realised the meaning of her new Jewish vocab

schmalz - (Yiddish) excessive sentimentality in art or music. schmaltz, shmaltz. sentimentality, drippiness, mawkishness, mushiness, soupiness, sloppiness - falsely emotional in a maudlin way.
Isn't it also chicken fat? I thought that's how the word started. Given Jack's use of words like cacophony, mendacious and marauding I can see how one would get confused.

Those stuffing mix things are an abomination.

Are we to believe that our smol pixie has been softly, gently rendering chicken fat into schmaltz from the chickens she did not buy in her weekly performative shops?
She probably used lard 😬

‘Earned a rest’. She’s DEAD Jack. Dead people can’t rule. Right I’m putting that on a t shirt. Send cashos. In a few days I’m going to give an unspecified sum to the Marxist-Leninist Royalist Abolishionist Republican benevolent fund for the families of landlords. They are a secret, behind the scenes organisation who don’t need publicity but do softly, gently thank(space)you for all you do. No need to follow fundraising guidelines, I don’t know her.

You should do some Nigella and Jamie and then sneak a dish from Jack the cheap slop slinger in.

See what the differences are and if he can spot it.. and if one dish.. "clears him out".. it'll do him good. 👍

No it doesn’t. It makes excellent stuffing balls which is what you have there. For crying out loud you can make fluffy dumplings with flour, butter and water. 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️
And, having tried it once, because I fancied some herbiness, I am of the opinion that sage&onion paxo makes the worst dumplings ever.

Haven’t done a Nigella since the great chicken and chorizo lasagne massacre of 2007. Either Nigella loves chorizo fat swimming on the top of a lasagne or that recipe was untested Jack stylez. I’m just going to throw one slop creation in and say I got it from a food mag. 😂
I am now beginning to worry a bit for him-I mean he’s ever so nice. 🤣

One minute she wants to throw a pie at the king, the next she empathises with him. This is getting Shakespearean, I love it.

I do Nigella’s anchovy pasta a few times a month and it’s lush. Even fussy children (not mine) have wolfed it down.

Just please don’t pumble him.

Nowduck off x

There’s just no way to know though is there? Is there a single safe and tested recipe in her entire ‘collection’?
As most of it likely ends up in the dogs bowl, I'd check the dogs still live and kickin.. only cookery writer that employs a dog as a poison checker...probably on the payroll of the next sham company.
