The thing that smacks me in the gut in all of this is SB. I’ve vaguely followed her and been irritated but only really been watching in the last few months when you’ve pinned my eyelids open with match sticks. And my dry eyeballs have made me furious.

If The Poverty is real (I mean if she really did choose to live like that) she chose to put him through misery and being scared and cold and not having clothes that fit.

Since then, she spilled all her shit all over Twitter, when he and his friends and his mates’ parents and anyone else can read it. Kids are fucking merciless and he will be getting the piss ripped out of him mercilessly for that.

And then she did a massive announcement about the summer of fun she was going to give him. And what has the poor little sod got? Mega chaos. No lovely trips, no making memories, just mum ricocheting like a pinball.

I’m a single parent and she makes me RAGE at how shit she is. And also @TheDragonWithAFlagon - that was a brilliant description of living with autism. Brava. And if it’s impossible to lie as an autistic person, no one told my son (who has an actual NHS diagnosis )

The averaged blended per sub (ps) is to easily try and reflect that her subscriber base will comprise of x subscribers on each tier. Somewhere in my posting history I did a deeper dive into this to illustrate how that blended avg ps can really leap up just by allocating a small % of users to the higher tiers (there’s one that’s ~£40), but this below is more thoroughly explained in the previous thread but basically:

* £3.50 ps assumes everyone on lowest tier, the £1 ridiculousness is just moronic shit from KS2 Jackie
* £5.00 ps assumed roughly 50/50 split between two lowest tiers
* £10.00 ps tenable with 100% of audience on lowest 3 tiers, so this really is a very conservative and fair estimate. We’ve not gone in assuming 50% are paying £20 or above etc, this is the realistically the 3 lowest possible scenarios.

Jack - if you want to provide evidence of the accurate blended average ps & your platform fee I’ll happily remove all 3 columns and replace it with that. If you make your earnings visible, I’ll stop this mithering altogether… Up to you hun.

ps “alcohol free” aka low vol alcohol beers are 100% advised against in AA, the fellowship she’s chosen to become a public spokesperson for (breaking a few traditions) so no, her behaviour around recovery and substance abuse isn’t acceptable and she is an utter danger to unwell people.

totally different dynamic though depending on whether your interaction is as a renter, a buyer, a landlord etc. not saying there aren’t other ways to work out approaches, just that it really doesn’t stand up as a “and now THIS”.

its like the alcohol free beer thing from yesterday - as a total newcomer to this, when I saw direct contradictions, weird stuff around patreon and embarrassing obviously untrue things, that got me onboard. If I’d seen “she wastes estate agent time and drinks o.5 speckled hen while claiming to be off the booze”, I’d have eye rolled and thought “Jesus, people were right when they said JM gets subjected to weird accusations”

I mean this with all due respect and appreciate you are new so please don’t take this as a kick to the shins or dog piling - but the posts re 0.5% ABV alcohol are coming from people in the fellowship with years / more like decades of recovery between us all? It is incredibly important to point out that Jack is simultaneously pushing herself as AA poster girl (in breach of traditions) whilst also sharing dangerous advice with vulnerable newcomers, like drinking these “alcohol free” drinks and using booze in cooking, this directly contradicts advice in the “living sober” book which even goes as far as to advise avoiding wet places and keeping any booze in the home, you wouldn’t even use a mouth wash or shaving foam containing alcohol. It’s really, really not on and I’m sorry but your repeated hammering of this point isn’t really fair when you’re seemingly not in the rooms (correct me if I’m wrong pls) so arguably not equipped to comment on what is or isn’t safe for people in recovery? It’s a privilege to think caring about this stuff is weird.

I just logged in to comment because that "I took out all the lightbulbs" line has been bothering me. I have known some bloody poor people in my life and none of them have ever removed their lightbulbs. Running a lightbulb costs, what, a couple of quid a year? And how much is a set of solar garden lamps? I guarantee you it's more than the cost of lighting your home with actual lightbulbs. That's not poor people behaviour, that's the behaviour of a weird old miser who turns out to have his mother's enbalmed corpse in the attic. I'm also confused by "living on ten quid a week" because I can only assume that means "ten quid for food" or "ten quid after all the bills are paid." But the phrasing makes it sound like an income of ten quid a week which is less than a homeless begger would have. It implies that being poor only counts if you are literally penniless.

I had nothing against JM aside from a feeling that this was all playing into middle-class ideas of "the deserving poor" and giving the impression that a poor person who doesn't buy the absolute cheapest food available is living it up decadently and in no need of help. But the sheer balls of someone with that background and that much media fame/know-how/connections saying they can't afford shampoo (which is A POUND for fuck's sake) is making me a bit angry now. This is just roleplay poverty porn and it's offensive and it's spreading harmful ideas about being poor and what it actually means to have no money in the bank. Oh no, I've got nothing aside from my 700 patreon supporters and my £100 radios and my original Tracy Enim, how will I buy jam for my starving child who has been (implied as) five years old for the past decade?!

Monroe is right about selling toys just not necessarily for the reasons she sold SB's. I'm about to sell a huge amount of the Elastoblast juniors toys but only because they've asked me to as they want money for Lego sets and build a bears and feel they've outgrown certain toys. I'd never give away or sell their toys without their say so having had that happen to me when my mum "had a clear out". I was devastated to lose precious toys. The Elastoblast juniors have decided what to sell and we are waiting a week or so in case they change their mind...the Tonka minis have already been retrieved!

Sorry I know all of this has prob been posted before but this is all new to me and I’m just utterly baffled by it all, why doesn’t she just go thru and delete all of her old posts and tweets? It’s just so easy to find her lies, you don’t even have to try! First she says she left school with ‘4 and a half’ GCSEs, then later on says she didn’t get her GCSEs?

I really take exception to her phrase, "I was a well-brought up, if working class, girl" because the clear implication is that working class people are typically not well brought up. I was brought up by two generations of single / abandoned women in a working class immigrant home and jeez were they strict. Being polite, doing my chores in the house, being tidy and treating my elders with deference and respect was drilled in. If anything it was my wealthier mates who sprawled out on their parents' big sofas with their shoes still on, calling for their parents to bring them snacks, leaving plates out for mum to pick up, and generally doing stuff that left me slack jawed with wonder that they weren't getting threatened with a clip round the ear

She really is so offensive, she routinely shows her contempt for the WC, if you can't see it then translate it into terms of race / ethnicity and you will quickly see how bloody IGNORANT it all is.
