It's the wall that's weak not the shelves lmao

As a fully qualified building surveyor, I can tell you all that she is talking out of her backside.

If it is a stud wall it can support shelves or wall units. You just have to locate the timber studwork and fix to that.

If it is a lath and plaster wall (possible due to the age of the property) then you have to use toggle bolts specifically for the job.

Jack, you need to go on a DIY course, ya prune.

Maybe she has no budget because she spent it all on doll's house furniture to replicate the shitty bungalow layout? Imagine the surprise on the Sylvanian Families shop team's faces when someone ordered 17 sylvanian sideboards and the ugliest rug they have in stock.

Thank you guys, doing it was super interesting as there’s just SUCH a range depending on what assumptions you feel are most probable to be true.

Our monthly updates have most recently gone on the bare, bare minimum she could receive based upon two known facts - the lowest tier is £3.50pcm and the highest platform fee is 12%. Once you start challenging those assumptions it gets really interesting! And the fact we’ve got a matrix to review means we can consider all scenarios - we’re not lying and saying it’s definitely xyz, we have our floor value and we could calculate the very unlikely ceiling value and we know that a number somewhere between that range literally is the truth no matter what Jackie wants to say.

Also ty for the compliments re making it legible 🥰 that really means a lot as our education system needlessly dissuades half the population (who don’t leave school with a pass in their maths GCSE!) from engaging with numbers for the rest of their lives so I am big on stakeholder engagement/adoption as an ✨ethos✨ x

...can you update us on the kitten and Dash please?
I have been thinking about this over the past few days.

Jack is keeping this information to herself as she thinks it is angering the Cabal. The kitten and Dash are more than likely doing OK and Jack is sniggering away at the thought of us worrying.

She really is that deranged; In my opinion m'lord. Though to be fair, I'm not medically trained to give a diagnosis of a mental disorder, so it is pure speculation based on Jack's deranged behaviour.

I would love it if Jack went on Come Dine with Me. Its the treat we all need. Dave Lamb has such a naturally sarcastic voice, I can just hear it now. "Those lemons are looking a bit passive aggressive there Jack. Call that a roast, the roasts you get on Tattle are better than this. That Béchamel is very runny, are you sure you didn't visit the stables on your way?"

OT but he narrated a programme for toddlers and there was complaints that he sounded sarcastic and flippant. I've seen it and it sounds like he is making an effort not to sound that way but just can't help it 🤣

Jack would totally be Peter when (not if) she loses. Imagine if they put her up against Matt or JO.

Truly amazing to me that she doesn't realise how out-of-touch she sounds to most people (if they would just THINK about it a little). I mean, with all these emails coming in about people on benefits and scraping by you'd think it would click. Reminds me of the time she interviewed a man who was living in a car while she was at Allegra's and she was talking about envying him??
to be fair i think i'd take living in a car over *this*

I don't know... A place like that is probably close to £1000 per month and I thought she only had about £800 in Patreon subs?
She's paying £2k a month. We'll that's what she was paying when she moved in 3 years ago. Probably gone up since then.

ETA I only know this because I found the original rental listing by a quick Google last year. She came to the end of the original agreement in March last year and it briefly appeared on the estate agents website with 'not available until March 2021' on it. It said the rental cost.
She obviously came to a new agreement with the landlady. God knows how, the landlady is sick of her. She's always late with the rent, sometimes up to a couple of months. Jack said so on her own SM. She's also ripped up the kitchen floor, torn down a wall in an outbuilding and kept pets without permission.
My guess is She's paid a year's rent in advance.

My kitchen needs a massive clear out and re-sort, but I can't get on with it because I work and am (actually) disabled, and don't have a garage to move everything into, should I set up a Patreon?

Blimey!

Although that makes sense, 3 beds, multiple reception rooms, massive garden...all for 2 people. Socialist Jack must realise that's far more than two people need
Three DOUBLE bedrooms and TWO bathrooms. Garage, outbuildings. The inner hallway is as big as my living space in my studio flat. My kitchen is a 6 foot by 6 foot alcove off my living space. And still I make food more edible than Jack's.

I'm actually hysterical that she thinks that kitchen is too small for two people. And vocalises this to an audience where many of whom are low inome. If you don't laugh you cry I guess.

Don't think she'd qualify due to the amount of savings she has, there's a limit of £16k.
And I don't think she'd qualify for PIP (and I'm sure we'd have heard about the assessment process from her if she was trying).

Unless there's some jiggery pokery she can do with cash being in company accounts? In which case it would be up for grabs from HMRC for her taxes.
She said she CAN'T apply for benefits because of PTSD from being poor.
Yes, she really said this.
At the beginning of the pandemic when she had her tantrum about starving to death because of lack of work (despite her fiance earning £250 k a year and Jack having a brand new book out) squiggles suggested she apply for benefits and SEISS.
She said she couldn't get SEISS because HMRC had blocked it. She said she couldn't apply for benefits because of the PTSD from living a dickensian existence for 20 years (I'm exaggerating but you get my point)
In reality neither of those things are true. She couldn't get SEISS because she earned too much. She got furlough and then lied about getting it, we have the receipts.
She can't get benefits because she earns too much and has too many assets. She could get PIP because it isn't means tested. It is a horrible process to go through but if she was as genuinely disabled as she claims she stands a good chance of getting it.
She's full of shit.

For those who are finding this a bit much (obviously at the other end of the scale but sometimes we just need something calming to look at).
