Does it walk then?
Should do the effing cooking (and I bet SB wishes it did) at that bleeding price! Sweet jebus, this is why I fkng hate how Halloween has become this capitalists dream 😏 That’s a week and a half of her shopping budget on some plastic tit!

I swear down she had a sponsor deal with Wilko's back in her original blogging days, so many nods and links to the place, it was always her 'first go to' place for everything.
LJC you weren’t kidding!

Jack Monroe + Wilko is an enduring romance.

In case the screenshot isn’t clear, that’s one hundred and fifty four search results for Wilko on Jack’s blog.

Pumpkin smells
Also who doesn’t remove the seeds/seedy flesh as they go?
Even I made a pumpkin pie in advance who cooks pumpkin soup after Halloween?

Oh dear God. She's going to put it in her stupid frugal tips book isn't she?
Pumpkin shampoo, Pumpkin firelighters, Pumpkin toilet cleaner...
I noted in the .pdf article she said about getting out of the black clothes and having a shower and clean hair....takes it the no poo phase is over?

We always had the bin bag witch costumes and my mum would make an apple tart with coins in it and we would bob for apples, however I did have friends of other variations *cough* baptists…. Who weren’t allowed Halloween stuff because it was evil etc so this actually might be a #Jacktruth

We were never allowed to celebrate Halloween: 'satanic, Satan's territory, from The Devil and occult'
I'm now a parent who enjoys dressing up more than my kids do. They love the sweets, I love basking in the limelight from the open front doors and the kindness of strangers

I know I keep saying it but I don’t get the “Halloween is the devils work” thing. It’s like saying you can’t mention the devil or hell because that means you think it’s good? Of course the devil is gonna get in the mix the night before you start praying for those you’ve lost. Also, I don’t believe in any of it.
On topic- new conspiracy theory, Jack just fancied a pink boiler suit to fool about in

I was about to ask is SB going to have bacon porridge tomorrow but it looks like it is going to be gross pumpkin slop.

I find the pumpkins we have here in UK for carving to be very stringy and tasteless. I hope she has a fancy culinary one.

As the border between the living and dead is at its thinnest point this All Hallows' Eve, Jack is currently holding a sea-ance with a group of her closest friends to communicate with all the sea life she has extinguished.

I'm so glad other's are thinking 11 is too young to watch SG. I really was feeling like a pearl clutcher too!

It's waaaaay too violent for a lad his age, and there's a sex scene and a near sexual assault scene, it's not appropriate no matter how brightly coloured it all is!!!
My kids are similar age, I love squid game but there's absolutely no way I'd allow them to watch it, night time/ bed time would be awful for my sensitive little chick's.
However, I have many parent peers/ friends who let their kids watch it and I'm shocked. I'm pretty laissez-faire about most things too but I know how my kids' brains work!

Oh great, it's Pumpkin Jack 🎃

- Caramelised pumpkin oats, like the brown apple oats, only orange-brown in colour
- Pumpkin soup, likely self-plagiarised from her last pumpkin soup recipe
- Toast abuse. Softy soft white bread, soft pumpkin, soft cheese, sardine
