Possibly because I mix in different circles to Jack, but I'd say 22 was quite young to have a child, but not very young. She wasnt exactly a teen mum.

I have a hair tip, I swear by solid shampoo bars now, not lush but properly made ones. I'm currently using one I got in waitrose. I have thick hair and always get the hairdresser to thin it out.
If Jack really has thinning hair/bald spots, cutting it short isn't going to help one bit, especially with a beard trimmer. It just screams of attention seeking narcissist behavior to me.

And that her AA sponsor behaved inappropriately towards her. In the *vaguest* of hints. If true, I hope she properly reported and pursued it. Because if not it means that person will just try to take advantage of the next poor vulnerable person they sponsor (makes me feel physically ill to consider). Interesting how that aspect is never discussed just the victimisation.

Wouldn’t surprise me actually - she has a serious and, I would imagine, high-stress actual job, and having Jack faff about at 2:00 a.m. shaking pots of noxious carrot oats or making ramen etc. can hardly be conducive to getting a good night’s sleep.
And then there were the sexual assaults she said she had been subjected to, when drunk, by 'household name' male journalists. Terrible thing - the worst - to lie about, if she lied...

I’d go as far as to wager a healthy amount of money that not one person truly suffering from rheumatoid arthritis would willingly sleep in a tent, or someone with EDS, fibromyalgia, wheezing, bad knees and joints, hair loss, ADHD/ADD, autism. What’s the betting that we never see anything broadcast from the grotty shed? I mean, it’s been a couple of weeks since she promised to start filming there, but so far, nothing. I wonder if it was just a notion she had when there was a possibility that Daily Kitchen Live might be brought back - and it certainly wouldn’t have been a bad idea to get some practice in - but at some point (I’m guessing quite early on), this turned out not to be the case, and now she can’t be arsed.

Also re Nigella. She has had a bleeping horrific life. Really very sad and upsetting things have happened. They’re things in the public domain, but I’ve never heard her go on about any of any of it so I won’t repeat any of it for the sake of it. The only thing that makes her privileged is being white and middle class, other than that she’s been dealt a really quite crappy hand. Not once have I ever known her to whine about it. Never. Take a leaf out of Nigella’s book, Jack. Have a personality, have skill, and get by on that! Not building a whole career on miserable fake bullshit.
Had no idea about Nigella! I don’t know what’s happened to her but that’s probably because she doesn’t wallow in the past like some people. I wish she’d stop blowing smoke up Jacks arse though.
