This is COMPLETELY off topic, but a reminder that Amazon Prime Now grocery deliveries are reliable if you want to avoid supermarkets before xmas (if they operate in your area, of course). I've pretty much bought all of my food shopping online from them the past month or so and the last 'xmas food' bits are arriving tomorrow (it'll all keep in fridge/freezer). If you do use Prime Now, check out Lidgate's meat - Nigella's mentioned this butcher - fantastic bacon.

Thank you! I have been looking fruitlessly for a delivery slot from anywhere and I already have Prime, I'd just forgotten they do food. I hate shopping at the best of times and I feel like it's going to be horrible next week.

Why the duck would you be swapping children when one household is sick? Makes zero sense.

My ex and I can’t stand each other. He’s a narc abuser and probably why I find JM so triggering. I have my child most of the time, and we wouldn’t consider passing around a child if either household was sick. With Covid you don’t know how someone is going to handle the virus.
