When I was pregnant, my RLF didn't cope well with the impending change. He was going out with work 'friends' and getting completely smashed and not getting home until 2/3am, which was very out of character.
One night, he didn't come home at all and I had to go and pick him up out of a gutter, heavily pregnant, at 4am. He had someone else's phone in his pocket and I checked his phone to try and piece together what had happened, and found some messages that knocked me sick (only saving grace was that he had been ignoring them, but still upsetting).
I told him the next morning that he either sorted his tit out, or it was over, and whilst he made that decision, I wanted him to move out for a week.
Safe to say, he sorted his tit out and cut ties with that group of people. I know he didn't cheat on me, but being in the state that he was, he wouldn't have known either way and that was bad enough.
This is what I struggle with, with JG and Sash. It is all so public. I was heartbroken when the above happened. I couldn't cope with that on the regular.

I remember when the emily stuff came out there was a comment on one of the daily mail articles (i know take it with a massive pinch of salt) but some woman basically said she'd known jack through her sons for years that he's 90% football and its the 10 % that lets himself down, she said when he went of the rails at villa it was sasha who got him back on track and he stays with her now because he feels like he owes her, she stays because of the lifestyle and job opportunities it gives her,she also said their more like brother and sister then bf/gf.Probably complete bullshit but it rings true to me as what their situation might be? Anyway I 've spent an embarrassing amount of time thinking about it

I can’t imagine them being in a healthy, balanced open relationship either. I do think they can exist but I just don’t think he’s progressive or smart enough to be able to do it properly, plus his family background is pretty traditional. While I’m in rant/tit-chatting mode: I’ve always thought the EA story was a cover up for something, the fact that she seems like a beg (like most celebs), the timing and how hard the tabloids pushed it. I don’t doubt that he’s getting up to all sorts but he has the money and resource to be able to put out PR dumpster fires surely? Except when it’s a legal matter like the latest one? I know nothing about media/PR though I’m just speculating.

have you ever read the reddit threads about open relationships? it’s usually one of them suggesting the open relationship, and then finally when the other one actually sleeps with someone else they backtrack and want to close it again because REALLY they wanted to be the only open one
