My son and future daughter in law were at a music festival for 5 days (came back last Monday) - I've only just managed to get through all the laundry (they do offer to help - but, by the time they've discussed what is colour fast or not - I could get two loads done!)

I think she wants to appear more interesting with her Italian heritage and bizarre carb heavy Italian dinners at ChristmasI don’t know if he was actually Italian or had Italian heritage. She went and visited his sisters or someone around Christmas and they live here. The only mention she makes of is is lasagne for Christmas Day. I don’t think she’s mentioned travelling there and I’m certain she can’t speak Italian. If he was actually Italian, growing up you’d absolutely learn both languages wouldn’t you? And make an effort to visit where the family were from. She’s only interested in her plastic USA holidays.
