Missed out on 18 months of walks during the pandemic? That's the time when any proper dog owner was revelling in being able to take their dog for a walk for their daily exercise, getting some fresh air and making the most of not having to commute to work! No wonder she was surprised Emma didn't "flinch" at the dog groomer. She is a terrible dog owner and poor Emma has clearly been mistreated from the start.
