There was nothing in the documents to support that. She blames him for wanting to sell because of the current and potential future value of the property and there are things like she apparently had a flood with sewage in the house (said the sink and toilet were not working at one point) but that’s it. Her private and direct communications are much more relevant. They are specific and directed acts of harassment that where clearly unwarranted and unwelcome. in fairness I think using the word alleged is fairly common for media outlets, especially smaller ones who don’t have a lot of money set aside for lawsuits.
