I like to believe there is always hope. Otherwise it's just too bleak. But Alice is her own biggest enemy. I honestly don't know if she's got the where with all to even try. She seems to think she can just sit back, keep doing what she's doing and somehow everything will be alright, salvation will be handed to her on a platter. It seems someone has always swooped in and saved her at the last minute, or she's always managed to charm or grift her way out of things or to get things, but as she ages, how long is that going to last? She's definitely planning on living off the girls once they are old enough to work, but if the money runs out in the interim, as it looks like it might, I still can't see her actually getting off her butt and working. Maybe Clive should have sent her a copy of The First Wives Club - success is the best revenge.

Here's what I don't get about the Daily Mail's hit pieces on I&B:

The real story of how Alice Evans pulled the wool over the public's eyes as she abused her way into a domestic violence restraining order, destroyed her ex-husband's reputation and alienated her kids from their father is far more interesting.

It's scandalous, salacious, shocking – it has it all from a rag newspaper standpoint. But they keep reporting on it as a 'husband leaves wife for younger woman' story. Yawn.

She had 3 years to get her shit together. She had a very generous ex who really didn't want to give her a DVRO and a lot of goodwill towards her in the early days. She squandered it all.

Past behaviour is indicative of future behaviour. My predictions have been right so far but we'll see.

She could even try for B, C, D list productions. She does have a bit of a name and some of these productions would be happy to take the risk for that added notoriety, her crappy acting wouldn't be a problem, I mean even a soap would be an option. Did she actually do much work when she was with Olivier or was it all socialising? Acting for the most part is a job where you have to hustle, whereas Alice just seems to want to sit on her butt and have offers given to her. And yet surely she was auditioning to get the roles in The Originals and CSI: Miami. It's almost like she refuses to work just to spite Ioan, or because she thinks it will get her more of his money.

Alice is very well connected with tabloids reporters, she also pitched a story to Grazia last year (I know that because she started following them a few weeks before it got published): the piece was about how unfair wealth differences in divorces are and took her divorce as an example.

tabloids go where the content is. the real story may be more interesting (and oddly one reporter at the DM realized this) but at the end of the day it doesnt generate more clicks especially if it means your source providing you with less content in the future

Ps just to add: I meant "very sad" in a joking way because Im pissed off Ive cut down on drinking so much and fucking nothing happened and now I have to exercise and fast as well!!! Its juts not fair!

People should just wear whatever they like and what they are comfortable in. I don't know if any of you have seen The Big Flower Show on Netflix? Gorgeous floral art, but I especially like the two older guys from The Netherlands. Their outfits were fabulously over the top and fun. I'm currently cuddled up in bed in a shapeless, cheap OOdie like rip-off from Kmart that is deeply unsexy but oh so comfy and comforting. The only reason we laugh at Alice's fashion is cause she's such a bitch who bullies others looks. I probably wouldn't look twice at someone in public who was dressed the way Alice is in these recent selfies.

Serious question: would the court award full custody if he hasn't formally asked for it? Would he have to amend his filing for joint to sole custody in order for this to be a possible outcome?

She can put on that narc charm when she wants too. If she was half as smart as she thinks she is she could have used the divorce as a platform to relaunch herself via reality shows. It's kind of staggering just how much she shoots herself in the foot AND doesn't even realise it. Three years on and her life could have been so, so different now, and a whole lot better.
