She‘s convinced them them that she’s ”sick” and can‘t work. Even at the RO hearing against Ioan, Ella tried to tell the judge that “Mom is sick, or ill”. She’s convinced them that she can’t work.

And because mostly throughout their lives, she never has, it’s normal to them. bleep.

Of course she's aware of it, she's accused the person of being Bianca many times over.
As far as I can see this person just repeats Alice's words and posts the court documents and is not abusive.

That bit in the court transcript where Ella says "My mom also has a condition", is just heartbreaking.
She's clearly told those kids that her fibbermyalgia and liarbetes are real illnesses, which somehow equate to B's actual, doctor-verifed, life-long degenrative neurological condition. The girls see Alice shouting at other motorists, hauling shopping trolleys full of food and wine, and preening and posing on the internet, she probably tells them that she's just being brave, and powering through, etc, etc. It's not surprising that Ella has no empathy for B, nor did she show any consideration for her obvious frailty, when shoving her and barging out of the apartment. She probably thinks that her MS is just like Alice's "condition"...it has absolutely no effect on her whatsoever.
The only condition that Alice has, is terminal lazyitis. Get a bloody job!!

Unlikely it could be misconstrued if it came out. It’s also a crappy thing to ask of someone. One one level it could be seen as asking them to spy on your ex. It is also asking someone to have a complete nutter in their home and around their children. I would not have Alice anywhere near my children. Given the way the other family (who looked after Elsie) got dropped in the middle of lies and restraining orders, the family must be seen as a nightmare. You don’t put than on anyone.
