I see women in track suits or leggings and a t shirt who look far better than Alice. For one, their clothes are clean. But throw on some earrings or cool sunglasses and even casual outfits can be really stylin. The problem with Alice is that she is emotionally stunted and that also extends to her clothing. She dresses the way that 4 year olds dress when they are first learning to put clothes on or an outfit together. The outfits are chaos. Clashing colours, mismatched pieces, over accessorizing and loud, tacky items that belong only on children or in the bin. Then there are the ribbons, the babydoll dresses and stickers taped to handbags….

No, once it's ordered one gets a copy. It's public record and must be disclosed if purchased. My guess is that the court reporter is seriously backed up with other transcripts (if someone ordered a whole trial transcript, that takes a really long time and might delay shorter transcripts like the one we are waiting on). Also, longer transcripts are more expensive and the court reporter might understandably prioritize those. Not to worry, it's on its way.
