yep, this custody fight will go for years (she pretty much announced this with her alt now too by implying that she will demand a re-evaluation if she loses, appeals will be made etc, she has already said on her main account that she wants the length of the Brangelina divorce). Ioan should put his life completely on hold and be holed up in his tiny apartment (or in a prison cell if he agrees to see his kids alone so that Ella finally can make accusations without a witness being there to put the record straight) for how many years? duck it, seriously. She is failing with her attempt at more coercive control and I think that is beautiful.

If Alice challenges the child custody evaluation (I'm going to presume it won't be in her favour), is the judge able to overrule her? Or does she automatically get a re-evaluation?

The most hilarious thing about all this, is that the DM only publishes stories about Bianca and Ioan because Alice has made them famous. Much as Ioan was a well-respected actor, he's never really been DM fodder, he was too old, too straight and too "happily" married ()
Now that he's been outed as a dirty dog, with a young girlfriend, a messy divorce and a nut job ex, he's much more newsworthy. As for Bianca...if Alice had kept her stupid pie hole shut, none of us would even know who she was.

I guess she was reaching out to him as an old friend of Ioan's, and she's so deluded she thought she could spin him a tale, make him be on "her side", and get him to persuade Ioan to go back to her?

The comments so far are not great though. Most berating Ioan for not taking his daughters on holiday and calling both him and Bianca while defending Alice. My positive comment was there but has now disappeared. I wonder if this story is actually going to work in Alice’s favour showing Ioan as an absent father living his best life while she flies across the country in dangerous storms to put Panda Express on the table for her baybeeezzz…….

The media stories, comments, and the socks' posts are frustrating and infuriating but I had to remind myself of this and I thought I'd post it here: in the grand scheme of things, it doesn't matter one bit. The tabloid rags will do what they do, and the socks have a very VERY small reach. But it doesn't matter if the public believes any of it.

The only opinions that matter here, as far as the outcome for Ioan and his children, are the opinions of the child custody evaluator, the therapists, and the judge. They have seen much worse than Alice and she can't trick them. We just have to be patient and laugh at the lies and insults because justice is coming for Alice, and no amount of socks or tabloid articles can spare her.

A child custody evaluation may be challenged but it has to be for a good reason; it can't be challenged just because Alice disagrees with it, or doesn't like the evaluator. Alice would need to show, for example, that: the evaluator is unqualified (Dr. Dupee's CV is miles long so this will fail), her research methods are flawed (again, Dr. Dupee has extensive experience and her research methods are most likely very sound) or her recommendations are not in the child's best interests. I don't think Alice would be able to challenge it based on this--she could try but the judge would deny the challenge if she can't show any of the above things with regard to Dr. Dupee.

no she was talking about him. I didnt capture it back then but in the screenshot you posted she was replying to somebody sharing a screenshot like the below of Bianca's follows to point out how she already has contact to Ioan's family (Alun) - I believe Alice was following Dafydd and his other friend here Gwydion on IG until a few days after this

I dunno if he even has a uncle with that name, it was just speculation on our part back then due to the matching surname and Alice's behavior
