I wonder how mant times Alice heard that giggle. In the early days of their relationship, lots I would imagine. In the last years I could hardly raise a smile let alone a giggle. It just shows you how much life can change. There is always hope.

Welp you need to start working for GCHQ pal!So...last year we had a discussion who Dafydd is since Alice was particulary enraged about him welcoming Bianca, especially after Alice asked him to help her winning Ioan back (I always thought it might be a uncle since Alice always talked a lot on twitter about his plumber uncle, but I doubt this now, they seem similar age)... @SusanC suggested back then that he could be a lawyer that....well, specializes in exactly what Ioan's custody case is about, especially if he does decide to move back to the UK.

People from Ioan’s past are probably so glad Alice is out of the picture. Can you imagine her being on that boat. People seem to love B, probably because they can see how good she is for I. Plus she’s a trouper and she looks on the positive side. What’s that saying, people are either radiators or drains. I prefers the warm of a radiator these days. Who wouldn’t.

Ioan filed for divorce in March 2021. Wasn't this around the time Alice took her daughter to tour the affluent academy and enrolled her for the 21-22 academic year? He was already leaving, but it seems she wanted to make sure his money wasn't going with him.

Dafydd's is listed as Ysgol Gyfun Glantaf. Ioan's is Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf. Not sure if that's the same?
What has Alice done if anything to renew it? Her actions, while "cunning", always feel so reactive to me. Whatever she does feels calculated either to punish Ioan or to continue to bleed him dry. There seem to be no plans on building a stable future for herself; she has no ability to think long-term. I would find it so hard to live like that, but then again, I'm not Alice, thank heavens!

you are joking but this is exactly how she doed things. like "i feel like you will be forever in my life" after the first meeting. lmao
That last paragraph is particularly interesting. Alice seems to think she's entitled to everyone's love and adoration simply because she is Alice. But at the same time that paragraph shows how manipulative she is and how insecure deep down she is, that she has to love bomb people into liking her. @welp probably both were of equal importance, but definitely trying to isolate him from any potential support. She was trying to get all his family and friends on her side so they would help her bully/shame him back to her.
Such a loathsome thing to do to her child. She engineered a scenario that filled her kid with excitement, all the while knowing it was far out of their financial reach and simply a charade intended to spite someone else.
Ah that coercion right there, she was still trying to reel him back into the lair back then.
She's made a real difference alright, denied one any schooling for a year and the other the safe haven of familiarity. Hope that self pity is worth it all Alice.
