From his filing it appears like he had two normal visitations in the past 7 months (one appears to be Xmas, as it was the only one from his january filing in that timeframe where he didnt had anything to say). This is main reason why I think he intentionally went into the trap of overnight visitation AND Bianca, he 100 % knew this wasnt going to work.

My thinking is that they were not expecting Ioan to actually hire someone and for there to be an observer. Okay I love a crisp white trainer, leather ones are an absolute pain to keep looking perfect, but if they are material. Ironically I didn’t know who Ioan was until mAlice started kicking off online and my friend told me to look into it lol. I’ve never seen anything he’s in, and have no interest to do so. Although I feel for them, it’s hardly because I’m a fan, it’s more because I’m human and capable of empathy lol.Haha! I was the scapegoat child in this situation. My sister and mum were a nightmare quite frankly.
I’ve mentioned before many times I’ve been no contact for many years and actively looking for my dad.
Having said that, I didn’t act out this way in similar circumstances. As a mother of many many teenagers it’s really unacceptable to behave this way although I understand why. My children have also been through a divorce with new siblings and a step parent to love. We aren’t the Waltons by any means although Jim-Bob will give me away at the wedding. I'm unsure - but I think that mAlice's coversations with Marie may come under attorney-client priviledgeIf it happened like this, then she made Marie party to the false allegation setup - are false allegations a crime? I suppose there’s perjury or contempt of court maybe?

However I don't think a lawyer can knowingly mislead the Court so perhaps this is why Marie didn't file the RO application and Ella had to file herself. Perhaps mAlice sacked Marie for refusing to do it. It always seemed like a very strange thing that a lawyer would part ways with a client in a supposed DV crisis the day before a RO application was filed
