Don’t you need to have some kind of legal representation to file for a restraining order? Like, you can’t just stroll into the courthouse with a piece of paper and order it at the front desk… has to be a lawyer, doesn’t it? Are there any lawyers left in LA that she hasn’t used yet? And is she paying in cheesestrings, since she’s broke?

No, one doesn’t need an attorney to file a protective order or for child support or for custody.
