Nah, Alice's position is 'he left the girls with me for YEARS AND YEARS AND YEARS, AND I WAS THEIR ONLY PARENT AS THE OTHER WAS NOT THERE FOR THEIR BOO BOOS. He hasn't tried to see them (!) so I am obviously the ONLY FIT PARENT.' Sigh. Can't wait for the judge to kick her into place.

Pursuant to Family Code section 217 and California Rules of Court, Rule 5.113, Petitioner Ioan Gruffudd (“Petitioner”) hereby requests an evidentiary hearing in connection with his Request for Order re Child Custody and Visitation filed July 12, 2022 (“Petitioner’s RFO”), and he submits this Witness List, setting forth the witnesses he expects to call at the hearing, in connection therewith. This Witness List does not include impeachment or rebuttal witnesses, and Petitioner reserves his right to call same, as well as to file an Amended Witness. 1. Respondent, Alice Evans (“Respondent”). Petitioner intends to call Respondent pursuant to Evidence Code section 776 and to cross-examine Respondent. Respondent is expected to testify regarding child custody and visitation issues, including but not limited to those set forth in Petitioner's RFO. Time estimate is 1.5 hours.

Iris Braydon. Would this not be done through the Our Family Wizard app? I also agree with the others who said that it appears AE has/had been interfering with the therapy. She wouldn't have been able to stop herself but I'm sure that therapist will have met others like her her in her time and well aware of what she is capable off.

IG has played the long road and it looks like it is benefiting him. He's remained silent and dignified even in that article recently that is something that will hold him in favour. I'd also say he did that interview (I know he's his show 'Reunion' to promote) to start getting himself back out there and to start earning again because hopefully these last two tortuous 2 years are going to be put behind him

The court date to discuss the house sale is the 25th. The DA hearing regarding the RO breaches is the 26th.
