The judge just said that the TRO has been broken and there is clear evidence to show that the DVRO is needed. SM will be included I believe. They are working out the logistics.

Wasn't a custody hearing. Just for the restraining order. This does not bode well for her retaining custody, Ioan having to pay her support or having to pay off her legal fees.Thank god... but what about the kids do they remain with her?
