Oh he is. Lupine. But he’s moved on to Amber Heard. Just like Alice came after Asia Argento, after she came from Rose McGowan. She only did that “getting a new daddy” thing because she was angry and trying to hurt Ioan in her nasty (but clumsy and childish way).

See, narcs are the only ones who matter, so SHE can’t ever be allowed to get upset and if HIS behaviour DOES cause her to be upset she feels totally justified in anything she does and any behaviour, however extreme and abnormal, that she exhibits is HIS fault.

Nothing is ever her fault, nor will it ever be. And she will never deviate from this position.

When she upsets others, it doesn't matter. SHE matters and no-one else.

That is the narc mindset.

I think with all the evidence Ioan has submitted now, she's absolutely sunk. There's no way she can cast doubt on it. She can't keep saying "It's all bullshit/never happened/this SUPPOSED evidence that he's digging up on me because Bianca throws a tantrum because I'm sexier than her!" will cause a Judge to just shake his head and it will all be over.

She can't delay now. She'll have to turn up this time and screech her "defence"

In that video of Ella, I saw a pre-teen throwing a tantrum because she wasn't allowed a soda she wanted. So mom was called, who, secretly filming it, played good cop and let her have the soda. Meanwhile Ella used words she's clearly come across in therapy with the whole "i'm in distress" part. Child, not getting your soda is not distress.
Not sure why Alice thought putting it up proved any point? It made Alice look terrible for releasing the clip, and painted Ioan in a very patient, good dad light, calmly talking his daughter down from her tantrum.
I'd love to see the video clip had Alice not recorded it and Ioan secretly had instead. He would come across the same. But would Alice.....? hmmm.....

Exactly this. He didn’t want her to have the soda until after dinner which is good parenting otherwise they don’t eat as full of soda. So she FaceTimes her mother having a tantrum. She shouldn’t be able to do that.

This is absolutely accurate. When I was a teenager, my mum used to call our house and tell me she was taking her own life and it was all my fault (I would be hysterical and so confused because it would be after we hadn't even spoken for months!) , My Dad would then call my uncle who was a police officer and lived near her, to go and do a welfare check and she would be totally fine and act like she didn't know what he was talking about.

It was all just for her to feed off my reaction. She never had any intention of hurting herself.

I think this is very much the same. People like this feed of the pain they cause others.

I’m sorry this happened to you, my mother did the same thing to me. Whenever we had anything nice planned, a holiday or a birthday etc she would threaten suicide and we would rush to her house and spend hours outside talking her out of it even though it was never going to happen. In fact I’m now 49 and she still does it but even more horrific is she has started doing it to my daughter (her only granddaughter) as soon as she turned 18. My daughter was not brought up knowing that some family member’s behave like this as we hid it all from her when she was a child, sadly she knows now, just as Ella and Elsie will eventually realise what’s really going on .

That stunned me too, she wanted someone who thought what she said and did in that parking garage was funny and cute. Sorry old Alice, no one worth having is going to think that was funny, they are going to be as disgusted by you as we are.

Her supporters are really dumb. If you put her in the room with all of them I guess she will really be the smartest person in the room since they are all so easily manipulated and fooled. There are more than 100 pages in black and white, free to the public, that proof her behavior for the past 2 years has been dispicable yet they still choose to not see or believe it. I am serious baffled. I think these people are the same people that give their bankaccount passwords to a random caller with an indian accent. Yikes.

I’ve just looked at her instagram and some of her supporters are slowing being educated and beginning to question her story and even apologising for blindly believing her. However there’s still plenty who can’t see the wood for the trees including one gem who thinks anyone believing Ioan’s story must have had a lobotomy….. .

I think she was very vulnerable and grieving for her mother during the filming of the Dalmations movie. Ioan strikes me as being a sensitive, kind person, and I think he gravitated toward Alice during the filiming. She also was very conventionally lovely during this period, and he was attracted to her. He is a romantic, and he fell for her.

I think Ioan was a fairly innocent/sheltered type, traditional Welsh upbringing, emphasis on family/friends etc. and she must have seemed very exotic to him when they first got together. She was a few years older, sophisticated and worldly, lived in Paris and spoke a few languages (although Ioan was himself brought up bilingual, much as Alice likes to demean this), and she was living with a very wealthy man, living the high life. And she was pretty and lively and, I suppose it may have seemed to him at the time, quirky and fun and a bit wild.
Those aren’t necessarily qualities that age well. The quirky thing which is fun when you’re young can become very wearing in middle age, especially when you’re losing friends and job opportunities because of it, and especially when you factor in sustained alcohol abuse (and its consequences),
After a couple of years of her affair with Ioan, she eventually swapped the high life with Picasso (and his generous monthly allowance/credit cards) for a jobbing actor, in the expectation that he would become a major star and she would be kept in the manner she had become accustomed to, as she believes is her right. (I don’t believe she ever really had serious acting ambitions herself - she’s too lazy and unmotivated.)
Of course it didn’t quite work out that way, although Ioan has had a perfectly respectable career (better than many actors). And she has never forgiven Ioan for it.

I didn’t see the video, so I may have the wrong impression, but I’m going to offer an alternate take—I think she was emotionally overwhelmed, frustrated, and lacking the emotional skills and maturity to cope with her family life collapsing. In that moment, she fell apart. Throwing a tantrum isn’t acceptable, but she may have just lost control over a dumb thing. These girls are going through hell, and my heart wants to cut them some slack. They need stability, unconditional love, and a mother who doesn’t weaponize them. Just my opinion, though.

Whoa, I just caught up on everything in the last two threads - I am simultaneously pleased at the progress and HORRIFIED at how Alice treated her daughters. Just appalling. Calling your minor child a witch?! What is WRONG with her?!
The hearing can’t come soon enough. I just hope the girls are safe in the meantime. I was really glad to see that they were sending videos to Ioan, it gives me hope that their relationships are salvageable

I remember the days of the IMDB boards and Ioan’s fans hated her. Like really hated. They thought it was a massive mistake him marrying her and that she was vulgar and money hungry. Didn’t help that she was seen posing for her wedding photos with a drink and ciggie.

I don’t know about Math but we’ve discussed their wedding photos often. She looks grim and angry being escorted down the aisle by her brothers. And she sucked down that cocktail like it’s her last drink in a desert. She’s a stinking bleep.

I haven’t seen the video either but I completely agree. Ella is a child, she has had to cope with a lot that no child should have to deal with, and often when that happens a tiny thing like a soda can be the straw that breaks the camel’s back.
