What’s this utter crud about if Ioan had sons he would be totally different?! He is in the courts fighting to see his children, smiling because he is free of a crazed maniac and working to pay for her to keep bitching about him. Try reading some proven, documented info against your beloved Alice and you’ll see a different perspective.

She is truly evil.
On her Go Fund Me she says her husband was (quote) “wonderful” for 20 years (so up until he left) and now she is heavily suggesting she will use her own children (like the weapons she sees them as) to testify against their own father for “what he has done to them.” Take her to the cleaners Ioan, she is a disgrace.
She contradicts herself so much about her wonderful 20 year marriage. One hour it was perfect, then the next hour he was never there or had the kids for more than a week, then it's a reply of how HE was abusive to HER (and she has witnesses! Witnesses I tell you!)
And I could go on and on but I'll stop there
She had over a year to say whatever she wanted to say before the restraining order was granted. All she had were cowardly little hints he watched kiddie porn and that “witnesses” would attest she didn’t abuse him but it was “the other way around,” which she floated to see how people would respond and then dropped because the “we were so happy and then he ghosted me!” narrative got more traction.
This is so frustrating I am going to need to take a break. I have a really horrible foreboding that the damage is done, he will never see his girls again and Alice will be ranting about him for the rest of her bitter and twisted life. I am also getting fed up with Ioan. I do not agree that there are not things he could have done to force the situation earier, given his knowledge of her alcohol (and possibly pill) abuse. If Alice is truly as bad as we all think she is, it is appalling that she is their only carer and has been for nearly two years. The only thing that could possibly help this situation is if Alice got a DUI and was forced into rehab and wearing an alcohol monitor. Sadly though, it seems she will get away with it all, leaving carnage and misery in her wake.
Seeing all her statements its no wonder that Ioan "doesnt want" to see the kids now and wants reunification instead (what Alice doesnt want obviously). She is setting him up.

And even when she went off the rails and said she was finally going to tell her side and share her truth, all she could actually produce was one email and one not-entirely-convincing note from a bouquet of flowers as proof that they were happy and he wasn't abused by her, despite claiming she had plenty more. Where's the rest, Alice? I've been with my husband 15 years and there are multiple interactions every single day that I could provide as proof we are in a happy loving relationship.
If she drags her children to court to testify against their father it will shame her not him. Bluff and bluster.

I don't know how US cases work but could they ask that A has a pysch evaluation? For her sake I hope they do
Lol, where has her approach got her, restraining order, broke, scared away any future employer or partner.
the thing is she TOLD her side of the story
for a year she was ranting about him, claiming the most horrific things (then next day claiming the opposite) and whenever somebody pulled the "two sides to every story" card she kept replying: "No there is only one side, mine, mine is the truth" - then Ioan finally gave his side to the story (unlike her a consistent one) and suddenly she never gave her side and suddenly "two sides to every story" exists?!
I already said this months ago, I say this again: Alice is ALL about appearance, she postponed the court date because it gives her 6 more weeks (well, she wanted 3 months) of playing the victim and being able to hint at a big story that will be soon(TM) revealed and that TOTALLY changes everything.
Its a MO, she has always done this.
Remember Alice, as you yourself said, it's only defamation if it isn't true!

Thank you for this, especially the bit on Black incarceration and execution, which, you’re right, isn’t contemplated very deeply nor thoughtfully. You have Alice down pat, I’m so grateful for this post.The selfies are so so embarrassing, especially at her age. Even 20 year olds posing for photos and needing the likes from them makes me cringe, but at her age it’s mortifying, and the levels of 2nd hand embarrassment for the girls
I feel like Alice is caught in a trauma response loop. All of the comments she makes which are along the lines of:
•tattle spies
•who are you, you know too much
•I think you’re Bianca
and then rallying her troops to ‘block’, ‘ignore’ like she’s a general leading a war, which I actually think she thinks she is. She’s in constant conflict with someone at all times. She also doesn’t see that she is the ONLY person at war; whilst a lot of us can be angered by her behaviour, WE are not angry or fighting against her. I don’t think Yo would see himself at war either, he just wants to see his kids and have her leave them alone. Her fight or flight response is on loop. I’m repeating myself here but it’s so damaging for those girls to be living with her and her behaviours, it breaks my heart.
Separately, I’m a huge true crime aficionado and have spent more hours than I could possibly count immersed in it and various related topics. The American justice system is not fair, the amount of mostly poor, black men who are sitting in jail or have been executed for crimes they didn’t commit is a horror story which isn’t talked about enough. I think the term white privilege can sometimes be thrown about too casually, but Alice, as a white woman who compared to most people has lived an utterly charmed life, and who has actually, demonstrably committed the crime she is accused of, turning around and saying she is being persecuted by the system is the epitome of white privilege and I can’t believe she hasn’t been called out more for this. Above anything else aside from her abuse of Yo and the girls, this makes me want her put in the bin so very hard.
