That's an odd photo with her upper inner thigh. I would have retaken the photo. It's misleading in that it looks like there is a massive dent in that area.
I have asked for reappraisal of myI've tried ashwaganda, which has been brilliant - for mood/depression/pain, ginko biloba for energy and turmeric for joint pain. Don't give up the pain pills, though - just my advice, but the stiffness and soreness that racks your body if you quit them makes quality of life pretty horrible. Perhaps see if you could step up from codeine to dihydrocodeine? I've found that I'm able to exercise with DHC - managed two hours today (50 mins pilates, 1h10 on the treadmill (just walking. Running is NOT possible!
Meds but tbh she wasn’t listening, wasn’t my actual GP. Upped my Lyrica to more than recommended dose saying it would be ok as I was already on full compliment. I haven’t increased btw, I want off. Dihdrycoddine makes me sick for some unknown reason. My only option is MSTs or last resort Oramorph
I have had addiction issues in the past so would like to avoid at all costs. I follow some yoga for fibro on YouTube which I find very helpful and would like to progress. I’ve never tried Pilates though so that could be an idea. I miss hard exercise. I used to ride horses twice a week, had an ex racehorse on loan and would swim a mile three times a week. I miss those days. What strength turmeric would you suggest as I’ve read good things about it
It’s very hard after being very active to become almost bed bound but I try to walk my dog every day and that definitely helps. Sitting around like Alice is not an option, and neither is the negative toxicity.
