I did already report her to the ASA but just reported to the CMA per Gemma’s suggested format. (THANK YOU!)

Hopefully SOMEONE will contact her in regards to this blatant disregard of the law. We all know Victoria knows the rules, she’s just blatantly ignoring them.

In this post she has free products on a free trip and is disclosing neither...but is literally plastered head to toe in LV.

I hang out more on the Lydia thread but pop on here now and again as I can't fathom their fake friendship (and her squealing and baby voice has become insufferable) , but has anyone on here seen the posts on that thread, of Lydia dressing up in her wedding dress and sending it to Halfpenny London to post on Friday? I would have thought it would have been posted on this thread too, but who in the hell gets their wedding dress out, puts it on, takes a photo and sends it to the designer to put on twitter, JUST DAYS after your so called bestie has got married and is enjoying all the wedding dress content?!

There's something very telling about the fact Lydia claims she couldn't get just 1 pic with Vic on her 4 day wedding to post, chose an inappropriate thigh high split dress for their wedding, then just days later gets her wedding dress out and posts pics! Almost like Lydia has read all the comments about how plain and basic Vic's main ceremony dress was and Lydia thinks 'I know, I'll upstage her and remind people what I wore'! Just unbelievable!!

I’m 100% sure she did that to wedding wedding content exposure without having to declare the dress as gifted as she would if she posted it herself!

Not sure about the CMA. (I just submitted my first CMA complaint recently, so I'll be sure to update on their response.) But yes, the ASA does actually open cases, investigate and list the rulings on their site here.

Here's an internal CMA document that outlines what they do when they receive a complaint.

I recommend reporting each violation you see. Enough people do it and regularly with new reports of violations, the more likely they are to proceed with a formal investigation.

I saw this thread and thought I'd check out In the Frow so started with the Wedding vlog.
Omg the squealing was so annoying and that squeaky voice.
When she received the picture from the bridesmaids it was unbearable.
I thought maybe she was just excited because it was her Wedding but after watching a few more of her vlogs I realised that this is her norm.

Yes, they give it back, I think. It's not like a hire purchase - they're literally just driving it around for a while.

I can see why they would loan it to her for advertising purposes IF her target market where people who drove Bentleys....
But let’s be really honest I very much doubt anyone has gone out and ordered a Bentley because inthefrow has one.....
Fair enough she gets to drive it for a few months but she’s gonna need to buy one eventually (I assume lease one)
She’s not in Kansas (London) anymore
And if Alex gets his way she’s already pregnant

I must have been in a grump yesterday because usually I just laugh their humblebragging off. But seeing the moaning about the Telegraph rating. I immediately unfollowed. So pathetic with her “see, see I’m number one blog with a company that checks blogs properly, see!”. Like a child trying to come first in class by finding the person who used the wrong pen. No one cares Victoria.

Her thin skin, pettiness & neediness makes her unlikeable. No one feels sorry for you. It’s the same thing with Lydia and Claire Chanelle. (No further words on that stupid petition they think will work).

The ones who do well are off pivoting in to new areas, growing and so far removed from this stuff. You never hear Camila Coelho moaning about her channel not being rated correctly, she’s got her 8 million followers and is off to the Met Gala.

Yeah, it doesn't make much sense as I don't think they will get many purchases because of her. Now what is gorgeous is the Bentley SUV. I am not sure if it is available in the UK but here it starts at around $300,000. We viewed it once when car shopping and it was INSANE. We could never afford that obv but very interesting to look at.

It was so telling when they did the sit down video in the new house that they’re on completely different pages when it comes to starting a family.
He seems to be enjoying the benefits that come with being her partner, constantly travelling and getting pampered none stop so he might give her a break for a few months but it’s clear he wants kids now, anytime he puts up photos with his friends or family members kids it’s so obvious he wants one.
I think it’s the last thing she wants right now, Lydia says out straight she doesn’t want kids I would have thought the same about Victoria (at least for now!) but maybe I’m wrong.
Interesting to see when the new house excitement wears off how much she enjoys her commute into London to get her avo toast, morning workout sessions or nails done Freebies aren’t so free when they’re not on your door step
