Its a small thing but it's annoying me immensely - last week we had zebra print at the beach and a woman using slate as a homage to the beach(something usually associated with mountains) and this week we have a man doing a homage to medieval hunting with zebra skins. Yes, cos there were just loads of zebras running around Britain back then. Why are these people so clueless about the world.

Maid Marion also felt odd for the location. Alice in wonderland also a stretch as it wasn't something the hotel associated itself with.
The sustainablity schtick feels so inauthentic and arbitary
The furniture the castle already had was so beautiful it was painful to see it painted.
I do think ajeet is underrated. His rolling bench last time was clever, and I love that he researched the castle and brought in the octagons. I don't think his design completely worked but I like his thought process and how calm his designs are.
I agree with other posters that most of these rooms looked a nightmare to clean.

I was thinking about that with that hideous leaf ceiling last week too - such a dust/spider magnet!
This show has often been about style over practicality though. Feeling like something produced for a one time showing than anything else.
Also like other posters was a bit surprised by who went this week. There were def worse choices imo
