Oh man. Really loathe this woman. I stumbled across her because the dentist I use has been giving her freebies for some kind of whitening/ polishing treatment. It winds me up so bad that she's lording it up getting freebies when I'm paying a tonne of money for Denplan because NHS dentists aren't readily available! 🫥

Why don’t you tell your dentist? Let them know she’s a fake with no where near the followers she makes out she has!

People tend to only engage with authentic content, Hels, if you're reading this.
Why would anyone want to engage with an ad factory? It's not as if it's even a very good ad factory, because it's the same old shizzle, same old poses, same old deranged expression whilst dancing around in your barn, wearing cheap tat which will never see the light of day again. Twenty different moisturisers you can't live without. Pimping out your family and your dogs. GP bashing. Pretending to be an expert on HRT, UTIs, Wigs, Crystals, Paleo, what is it this week, I've lost track?
She's very reactive, isn't she? Keeps a very close eye on the numbers for someone who 'doesn't take it seriously' and is 'only here to support small businesses'. And heaven forbid someone should even vaguely criticise her. A throwaway remark from Kat Farmer and we've had to endure a week's worth of Helen in her undies.

This is absolutely spot on! I unfollowed her years ago. But some of the posts on here send me back for a noseyl I see she’s still the same narcissist with very thin skin. Never has been able to take any criticism.

There are so people many atm completely disregarding health in the name of thinness. Women losing weight far too quickly on the jabs and neglecting strength work, people going on fad diets and cutting out whole food groups, Joe wicks with his massive following demonising sugar and fruit when that’s what our bodies are designed to deal with.

It’s hard to see when you’ve had a disordered relationship with food but it’s also hard to see them try to rationalise their behaviour.

Oh so predictably, she had to tell us that she is getting sufficient nutrients from her restricted food group diet, and it's not just from supplements.
For someone who really isn't bothered and doesn't care what people think she spends an awful lot of time being bothered and explaining herself (convincing herself?) on social media.

Stories full of ad after ad after ad, she’s a one woman insta sales assistant who from the way she acts on most of her stories this week seems to bloody love herself and eyefucks herself at any opportunity. I completely agree. She's just churning out endless ads and sponsored content now, with absolutely no direction, no sincerity, no thoughtful trialing of products before she shoots out another reel or story saying how 'brilliant' something is.

In other news, if you need a laugh and if you want to see what I would consider quite possibly the worst ever 'ad' she (and I'd go as far as to say anyone else) has ever put out there, then this is worth a watch. It's insane. Nauseating. Bizarre. I don't even have the words.
