There's a scheme where I work where you can buy gift vouchers for a 10% discount, so you can get £100 of shopping for £90. But this sounds more like she's buying gift vouchers on some sort of buy now pay later instalment scheme? Pay a deposit and then they charge you the balance over three months or something?
This is a terrible way to resolve a complaint. Everything is is different places, there's no continuity or tracking of responses.
Why is she giving her followers a lesson in "how Slimming World works"? Nobody asked, and anyone who does want to know probably isn't going to be using a random gobshite who retweets her every brain fart as their source.
