I’m going to take a break from this thread.
Iain’s rehotoric, re Belfield, in tha last few days is enough for me.
I am sorry Iain was a victim of Belfield's ( who was clearly a bellend from day 1).
However, when you have created victims yourself, like he has, it’s all a bit hollow.
Vulnerable people fell victim to Belfield, as they did to Iain Lee.
Different act but same show. Enabled, enabled, enabled… and now, enabled some more (but with a certificate).
Nothing changes…

That's the weirdest bit of this. If there's one woman (other than his ex) who should know exactly what she's risking by getting in a relationship with Iain, it's Kath. As his producer, he's put her through hell. As his friend, he's put her through hell. Who then goes "Yeah let's take this to the next level"??

Starving Africans, Uyghur muslims in Chinese re-education centres, struggling pensioners with crippling bills, sick children with terminal disease and soldiers with life changing injuries know not of the magnitude of Iain's woes.

That's not true, it's definitely reared its head before. Pretty sure I first heard of Belfield through Iain in the Three Counties days. This is just the first time he's made a big thing of it. He says that's because he was too scared, others say it's because it's only newsworthy now and he wants the attention. You be the judge!

The point stands though. Just because we think Iain's a shady wanker, it doesn't mean we don't also think Belfield's a shady wanker.

He definitely made allusions from time to time, of the kind where it was easy enough to put the pieces together... I was sure he'd mentioned his name outright on occasion, but yeah, it was always kinda sly.
