No they wouldn’t Sarah. Most people have to power through things like chronic migraines, endometriosis, Crohn’s, and even cancer treatment because they don’t have it as cushty as you and don’t beg on the internet, therefore HAVE to work.

I’m of the opinion that sometimes thyroid medication can be helpful if you’re borderline and suffering, because we are all different*, different levels will affect us all differently, HOWEVER , its clearly not helping as she has said and we all can see her lifestyle and untreated vit d and iron is more damaging to her day to day living than HeR tHyRoId “CoNdITiOn”

*personally I only feel even okay with my levels in the optimal zone and great when I’m in the high end of that.

I think it’s obvious the “babies” beg wasn’t working when she quite clearly grasses herself up for being tit with money on her timeline so she got out the big guns; medical issues. We all know she won’t even bother with the iron tablets because she is desperate for a transfusion, however iron deficiency without anaemia is treated the best with 6-12 months of iron tablets. The reason they give transfusions is for very poor HB levels is because haemoglobin carries oxygen around your blood. If they give an iron infusion (it’s not called a TRANSFUSION when they do it with actual iron this is how I know she is lying through her teeth) it takes two weeks plus for that iron to contribute to making haemoglobin. If HB’s are really low, like under 5/6 (which my sister always are because, colitis), then it’s a blood transfusion because that already has a healthy HB levels and works almost instantly.

Drives me insane that this prick is going to deliberately make herself worse so she can get sympathy/cash and take a bag of blood off of someone who genuinely needs it, who is probably getting themselves up and going to work every day with terrible ferritin AND HB levels because they simply cannot afford SSP.

There's a cleaner in my work in her late 60s. The loveliest person. Crippled with various ill health conditions but can't afford to retire. Husband used to pick her up from work but he's got dementia and can can no longer drive. Waits for the crap buses outside work now putting further time on her working day. These are the women this bleep is stealing from whilst claiming socialist and feminist values. The only positive element in Sarahs sorry story is that her life sucks arse exactly as she deserves, full of estrangement and isolation while our cleaner is loved and considered a right fuckin legend by family and colleagues alike. You reap what you sow.
