In all honesty I think Holly still suffers from some levels of disordered eating and body dismorphia. It might not be anorexia as it once was but it’s clear she’s still on the road to recovery and it’s important to remember that once you’ve had an eating disorder the rest of your life you’ll be battling against your internal monologue. The voices don’t ever go away completely they just get quieter and easier to deal with.
in no way do I think Holly is fully recovered (I don’t think her saying she’s at her ideal optimum weight is healthy tbh), she wouldn’t be happy to gain any more weight than what is on her now (and that’s an issue). I do think she still has leaps and bounds to go before the voices in her head are quiet enough to let her get on with life carefree. Just because she said she’s at a good point now doesn’t mean she still can’t go up from there.
