No if the child is born outside of wedlock it cannot be in the LOS. That boy child, aka Archie, will not be revealed until he is about 12 years old when we will all say "Isn't he tall for his age, even has ginger stubble already, isn't he handsome ... just like his dad (only kidding made that one up)".
