I didn't make a flan today, in the end. We've plenty of salad stuff , pork pie tuna, boiled eggs, etc for tomorrow

I am trying to work out Catherine 's reason for weary those bloody shoes
The bloody sugars are going crazy over her "stealing her signature look"
It's probably because smegs can't afford those shoes anymore...the scrubber

I've found my people.
I honestly didn't bring her up, she's more unfavoured than him.
I'm on the Mall, few rows back butI'll get to see the King tomorrow.....go me.
Enjoy every minute of it ! Take some snaps if you can we would love to see them xxx

For tattlers this side of Atlantic which is best to watch the coronation BBC or ITV.

I'll be up about 6.30 am, sort the cat out (and myself), out of the house not later than 8.00 and at my daughter's about 9.00. I am so looking forward to it,

If I don't post tomorrow it's because daughter has confiscated the laptop

It’s not the closest. Heathrow or northolt is closer.

Edited to add northolt has been really really busy this week. Maybe they couldn’t squeeze him in.

Record the BBC and watch sky news on freeview.

Sky news tend to stick to the event.
The BBC keep cutting away to interview people and often miss people arriving at the Abbey.
The sky news commentator is top notch.
If you record the BBC you can watch the interviews later.

The BBC had Dimbleby at the last big events and he's lost interest. He kept deferring to a woman (Royah wotsername I think) and she knew bugger all.

The sky guy is VERY knowledgeable and informative.

I'm looking forward to hearing the music tomorrow. I'm sure they will play my favourite I Vow to Thee My Country. It gets me so emotional everytime! Especially when it was played for PPs funeral

Ok here’s my list
Coronation quiche (surprisingly good)
Sausage rolls
Butternut squash and feta rolls
Sandwiches with:
Home Roast ham
Home Roast chicken
Egg and cress
Cream cheese and spring onion
Cream cheese and cucumber

Scones, clotted cream and strawberry jam
Lemon cake with lemon cream cheese icing
Carrot cake with orange cream cheese icing
Then bought stuff:
Colin the coronation caterpillars
Bakewell tarts
Fondant fancies

There’s three of us and we’ve been invited to a friends tomorrow. I think I might have gone overboard
