I haven't had a chance to catch up on the threads or watch the South Park clips just yet but the depiction of her simply because the off the shoulder dress and white hat (cocked at an extreme angle) outfit is so recognisable makes me lol straightaway. 
I think the long black gloves emphasise her tiny waist which compared to SpongeBob square waist is no bad thing
