I have enjoyed McDonald & Dodds, it has a wry gentle Bath/West Country humour.They are watchable if you like detective drama and are a bit more light hearted/less serious than for example 'Lewis'. The show is set in Bath (so nice scenery). McDonald is an ambitious cop from London and Dodds is an older man who has been sidelined in his career because he's not pushy, but of course he comes up with solutions.

He would always look at me like "wtf are you on about" but it would improve the posture, use of napkin, that sort of thing.... a bit. Then one day he said "I'm never going to have dinner with the Queen" and I said "what if you marry princess Charlotte". He was quiet about it for a few days and last night, out of the blue, he announced he will not be marrying Princess Charlotte.

I am so very sorry! I had to have my beautiful dog PTS some 2 years ago. He was having constant seizures. I still miss him and his gorgeous face. He was so gentle.So sad so sorry .
