BIB: the uniforms are necessary and important because Philip cared so much about the forces, and especially the RN. I want everyone properly entitled to wear the full military bling, and that doesnt include Hazzno because he's now retired and doesnt hold an honorary title.

I asked this question previously, but didn't see an answer from anyone.

Can Andrew legitimately wear a uniform of the rank he was when he retired - Commodore (I think)?
