So if they are using a surrogate why not just come out and say ( the inconsistency with the size of bump says yes)

Love you Scotchie but the reason Archie wasn't given the title was the letters patent - other than monarch grandkids or kids of the Prince of Wales/eldest son of....which Archie isn't.
