Maybe an unruly passenger was drunk / stoned upon boarding, and / or made a scene because he wasn't happy with the seat he'd been allocated. And when the cabin crew - trying to keep the peace - asked another passenger who was already seated to swop, and they declined and stated loudly that they "wouldn't give that drug-addled leach the steam off my piss", caused the first passenger to slur loudly "Do you know who I am?", and then the seated passenger said "Yes, you treacherous cunt. So sit where you're put or I'll chin you." And then it all kicked off, and took hours to sort out.

I’ve just spoken to my nan who said I wonder where Harry is staying tonight.. he can stay at a premier inn and started laughing then said no even that’s too good for him.

She also said it’s good that William has no plans to speak to Harry while he’s here.

I was catching up on this thread sometime in the early hours as I avoided a lot of the Harry coverage.

So he and Charles barely met. Good.
It irked me the whole nonsense when the story broke that there was a statement about Harry coming to visit. And some idiots asking why hasn't William said anything! Because he doesn't have to. He is just getting on with his work and his responsibilities as usual.

I'm enjoying picturing imaginary scenarios.
Camilla ushering Charles to the helicopter while giving Harry dagger looks. 'Come along dear, time we were outta here'
Charles looking at him with his lip curling 'Well now you have visited, bye bye. Don't let the door hit you on the way out'

I want to believe that they used a helicopter for maximum effect. Big deal of your man arriving, escorted and all the rest of it and then next thing P&C up, up and away. That has really entertained me.

I really hope it's not all part of some big plan to integrate and rehabilitate the traitor back in the fold. A slow but steady build of all 'positive' news stories about him. A bit like what they did to build Camilla's reputation.

I think all the UK press and media have had orders to only print positive stories, and that explains the very sudden change of tack by those who previously called him out on his atrocious behaviour. And to deflect from the African Parks scandal. BP helping him?

If KC wanted to make an unspoken statement about how short the visit was…then a very obvious arrival with police escort by Harry would fit the plan. Then, make sure to wave to the public to bookend how soon KC and QC left after he showed up. Very obvious Harry arrival and very obvious Pa departure.

I don’t think William will let him anywhere near Catherine and the children. If he’s not willing to speak to him himself then he has no reason to expect them to act all nice as uncle Harry is here.

Harry will be all alone in his lodgings tonight speaking to his puppet master on FaceTime seeing if Theres anything she can leak to the press or sell to the highest bidder.

In a nutshell, Harry and Andrew are Counsellors of State because they are high up in the line of succession and are over 21.
They have not been removed from the line of succession, therefore they are still Counsellors of state until William's children come of age and replace them.

A C of S has to be of age.

So even though William's kids are higher up in the line of succession, they can't be C of S until they are of age.

Anne and Edward were recently made C of S.
They were added so it is less likely that either Andrew or Harry would be called upon (For obvious reasons, ie, Andrew is disgraced and Harry can only be called upon if he is domiciled in the UK.)

The "only working royals" bit is just press chatter.
The rules were not changed to exclude non working royals.

Good, I was just about to post this too again. The rules have not been changed to exclude PA and the Stoat, the rules go back hundreds of years. The press headlines were to gaslight us into believing that the Stoat had "suffered a crushing blow... humiliated" by being dropped as a CoS. Rubbish.
The real reason he should have been dropped as a CoS 4 years ago is that he doesn't live in the UK. He's breaking the law, and constitutional experts are unhappy about this.
He's still a CoS.
I hope William sorts it out.

Infuriating when people say that Harry flying to the UK is the olive branch needed for the brothers to reconcile. And articles mentioning Charles' plea to his sons to end their feud so that his remaining years are not spent in misery. Are people that stupid and do they really have such short memories??? It's making my blood pressure go up. I wish the media would focus on stalwarts like Princess Anne but then she doesn't pull in the readers or stir up controversy. And thank God Camilla's around to monitor what's going on in case Charles goes all soft and starts losing it.
