This yo-yo dieting of hers is getting very unhealthy. Sharing “tips” like this is extremely dangerous. Used to really like Hannah but this is not a good message to be sharing!
It's unhealthy for hannah because she obviously has a poor relationship with food but for anyone else that would just be considered intermittent fasting
