No one is praising her for doing washing at 23. I merely pointed out things that she does, that show that she is a capable adult.

I personally don’t think being excited about Christmas etc makes someone immature. Immaturity to me is someone who can’t or won’t do things they should be capable of doing at their age. I think she can be childish, but to me that is not the same as immaturity.

This is just my opinion. There is a fine line between immaturity and childishness but when I think of the two terms, that’s my thought process.

My god! Whining about if someone put #Ad and did she did she not break the rules, oh god she went the supermarket for a drink! SO WHAT! yall need a life.
Grace is 23 years old, your all much older by the looks of things! Grow up! If you don’t like her don’t watch her! Jesus Christ!
Sorry but you do realise what website this is right? Just because you like someone doesn’t make them immune to criticism.

I don’t agree with everything posted here either, but come on. I won’t go through your post history but I’m sure you’ve made comments about other people on here and many others would tell you to get a life for even being on this forum.

Except it's her job to write #AD. People have the right to be annoyed, because it is very clear when it needs to be included. Every other influencer on this site gets attacked for not included #AD or being sneaky about it.

Grace is a great youtuber (one of my favs atm), but she does have faults (she's only human). However its odd that people put her on this pedal stool of she can do no wrong.

I really should be getting ready for work but this comment just cracked me up. Most people on here have said they do like her but she's not exempt from receiving criticism. I find fan behaviour weird, to blindly idolise someone so much that someone feels personally attacked if someone else makes valid criticism of that person. Its strange to me. You can like someone but still say if you feel they have done something wrong.

In regards to the second part I actually kindof agree with you and now I only watch people I like or who I find entertaining if I dont like like them. It is weird when you think about it to follow someone you dont like and then post on a forum about what you think think about their sex life, sexual orientation, shops they shop at, finances etc but it is the nature of a gossip forum.

You need to take your own advice honey. You have been saying some awful things on here to other influencers but that’s ok because you are doing it . You sound like a child .

Yeah, I think there is a difference, definitely. ClickforTaz comes across to me as immature, but not childish, whereas Grace is the opposite. Which is a large part of what I like about Grace and her videos really. I also think it’s great how her parents seem to be really support of each of their children being themselves and going at their own pace in life.

okay i do realize this is a gossip site but also if i'm not wrong this is a RAVE thread? 😂
is it possible to have both a gossip and a rave thread for one person? 😂
i have to agree i don't think she's immature, i think it's beautiful she has remained ''child-like'' in some ways and i'm quite jealous of that
also! she's a very smart girl. being like this is very on brand for her and obviously appeals to a big audience. the feedback she gets is 99% positive. why would she change her content? 🤷🏻‍♀️

I think she's become more controversial because she's become more popular and more of an influencer in the past few months. I don't get the freakout about her going to the supermarket one too many times but can understand the annoyance about not declaring it AD as she should. Anyway, she makes mistakes like everyone else but I wouldn't call her immature either. I do like reading what other people think and what they would like to see more of her doing.

I still really like her, but the AD thign has really annoyed me, it is her full time job, surely she should check what the rules are? she is usually very thorough so it is a disappointment for me tbh

I do like her videos and have done for a while but theres something about her that makes me think that just because shes christian, well off, and an ex model (none of those things are bad) that she thinks shes better than people, in my opinion she comes across arrogant and annoying

I'm not for one second saying they're not middle class and live a privileged lifestyle but compared to the likes of Saffron Barker's family who have 5 holidays abroad a year, the Booths aren't as well off. They're both teachers who are probably underpaid and I can't imagine their area is cheap to live in. I remember Grace saying their 2019 trip to NY was the first family holiday abroad in a good few years.

anyone watch her latset video? I thought it was interesting as I know next to nothing about filipino food, did anyone else think her dad must have gone there as a missionary? I cannot think why he would live there otherwise (unless maybe he taught or something but that is less common imo)

Long time lurker - but I think on the class thing (which is so British!) it’s clear they’re lower to middle middle class and her parents bought the house decades ago. I think she’s really sweet and it’s refreshing and she is my favourite YouTube but it certainly does get a little jarring when she’s 23 and I’m worried about rent and she’s stressing about an air fryer

They've only lived in that house a few years - no clue if they rent or have a mortgage

I think this is maybe because we have high expectations of her? She didn't do ads, she did lots of really great content that was just around her house (giant bean bag, modelling photos etc), and with all her volunteering and just seeming like a nice, happy person, makes us expect more. I was personally quite annoyed by all the trips to the shops, because for the last year I've very carefully planned the shop for the whole family, figured out meals, made sure we have everything in for a week, then only go to the shop super early in the morning to avoid people. And it feels like this would have been something Grace could do and make interesting. I was fully expecting (and would love!) to see her come up with a plan for a week of food. I'd love to see what she does when she's running low and only has a few tins in the cupboard. I really loved her crafting videos, when she was trying to find things like that to do. I guess she has that child-like fun quality I was hoping she'd inspire me to find ways to enjoy lockdown and instead it annoyed me that she was popping to the shops or for drive-throughs every other day and meeting up with friends and still having siblings over when we don't get to do that. And in terms of the ads, I don't think any of her followers would care one bit if she was doing proper ads, they're annoyed by the trying to hide it, not the actual ad!

I really like Grackle's vlogs - they're easy viewing. I do find her a bit intense and naive, but that's just her personality I suppose.

One major bugbear I have is that she doesn't appear to be that great of a baker? She's got a degree in the subject but doesn't seem to have basic knowledge of how certain ingredients work with each other, she always relies on other people's recipes and very rarely comes up with innovative ideas of her own... I don't get what her degree entailed at all because I can't see what makes her stand out from your average person following a recipe.
