If they're really devout, they won't be able to live together til they marry. So it may be difficult to hold off til the summer if they both want to live wherever Chloe is now living!

Ok so if they are devout and choosing not to live together till marriage. I wonder why would Chloe move (assuming she’s going alone right now) and then move again with her future husband. Especially during a pandemic. But I suppose who could blame her for wanting independence.
I know I’m jumping to conclusions and I definitely don’t know it I’m still curious. Because it’s so expensive to move.
I get the impression the Booths are the type who would want to invite everyone they've ever met to a wedding so I think they'll hold off.

I don't think Grace will be going anywhere anytime soon. I don't think she'd be willing to rely on youtube for her full income in a property near London. Perhaps she'll branch out and get a part time job that can support her income?

She’s GraceBooth97 on Instagram so I assume 23. Honestly in her situation with a lovely big house and parents she gets on with, I wouldn’t be gagging to move out in her place, especially during a pandemic, so I think she’ll be there for a while yet. Can’t see them charging her rent either, I bet they’re the type who will tell her to save for a deposit instead and Grace is sensible enough to appreciate that and do it.
Having grown up in the church, i've known couples to find the house they want to buy (e.g. perfect house, one person needs to move for work, got a good deal) so the couple marries quickly so they can buy the house and move in together. Maybe that's what happened for Chloe.
Also, I've noticed a lot of religious people have been a lot more relaxed with the rules because "God knows what he's doing" or "God's plan" or whatever. they tend to be quite isolated in their social circle so don't really care/aware too much about what's happening to everyone else. I've been following this thread for a while, was a big fan when i found her early in lockdown, but I've just unsubscribed, cannot believe how much she's breaking the rules.

Just saw this thread pop up and came here as I love having her videos on in the background whilst i WFH.
Could you clue me in as to how she’s broken the rules? I have no time for these influencers that break the rules and show it off...
She's been going to the supermarket ALOT (not technically breaking rules, but the advice is to limit trips to the supermarket as they're the biggest chance at transmission).
She was going from drive through to drive through (again, not technically breaking rules, but you were supposed to be limiting the number of places you went to and doesn't really count as "essential travel").
She's been meeting friends and definitely not keeping 2m distance.
There's been trips to London and Brighton, so again, not essential travel.
The family had Jesse visit, and looks like Chloe's moved out but been visiting (depending on when videos were filmed). They also had a bbq last year with other people (again, depending on filming).
Some of the things she's been doing aren't terrible like those jetting off to Dubai and claiming it's work, but at this point, personally, I've unfollowed everyone who's bending the rules. This lockdown is really really hard, I've not seen family in nearly a year, haven't seen friends, barely left the house. i'm still working and trying to juggle childcare not able to do anything with an energetic small child who's even more upset at not seeing her friends than me. The rules are there as a limit, things to do if we really have to but we're not supposed to be leaving our houses unless essential.
Maybe her idea of essential is different and buying food and going to the shops is a hobby and how she socialises and kind of her job to make content, but also, she is in a much better position than a lot of people. She has a family around her to spend time with. She has a "job" she can still do. She doesn't have the same financial or family responsibilities, so when she's sitting with a friend on park bench which IS against the rules, it feels a bit like the final straw.
To add to Robin’s excellent post, the Chloe and Jesse videos have definitely overlapped and only one would be able to bubble with the booths with an isolation period needed to change.
Chloe also appears to have been seeing her fiancé, so either it’s a case that she has to choose the Booths or him as her bubble, or it’s that she’s already living with her fiancé in which case she’s not eligible to bubble with the Booths.
ETA: in terms of the bubbles and people in her house thing, a few times her stories have told a different story to the vlogs - Chloe in the vlog but Jesse in instastories etc.
Honor has also definitely been in Grace’s house (heard in the background) which would be another breach.
A few times there have been other voices (which to be fair could be zoom etc) but followed by a more sudden cut than Grack normally does - as if someone walked into view who ”shouldn’t”.
During the initial March lockdown, she was (at least on camera) respecting the rules over supermarkets and essential trips too, which is why it’s so startling to see her going every five mins now.
This is in rave about, start a new thread if you want to tear her apart, let’s not compare her to the likes of those three northern girls that had a duck off party on NYE! I think for the most part she’s not done anything wrong. Why don’t you ask her the question on her morning live?
but she HAS done something wrong, she has blatantly been breaking the rules by seeing people from outside her household and not even distancing when she does. I like her content, hence being on this thread, but i cannot just ignore her rule breaking, which i imagine is the same for many others
yeah exactly, I have unsubscribed and don't think I will be watching her videos again, she doesn't deserve my views. I don't care if some people "have done worse" the point is she has broken the rules which most of us are following. I also think the fact that on Instagram she has only really shown rule breaking in stories rather than actual posts implies she knows it is wrong
I wouldn't brand her behaviour as selfish, she is still doing a lot to make sure other people are safe, she wears her mask and regularly sanitises her hands. She isn't meeting with people indoors during the current restricitons. I think like a lot of other people she has gotten used to the whole lockdown thing, and so has become a bit more relaxed with the reccommended rules compared to during the first lockdown. I personally find it hard to critisice her for going to the shops when I personally know people who are still being made to go into work when they can wfh for instance.
Gosh you’re all living in a very sheltered world aren’t you! If you opened your eyes you’d see that everyone has broken the rules in one way or another, this has been going on for almost a year now. If we compare Grace to every other influencer out there, and even ourselves, she has done little wrong. I mean going to supermarkets.... so what, seeing ONE friend.... well have you seen the parties some have had? And finally, seeing her family... get a bleeping grip people let the girl live

Quite a few comments went poof about it on her video as well, which obv is her choice and prerogative.I don’t think anyone is comparing her to the girls who had a party, just saying they’re disappointed in her.
