I’ve never heard her say she’s allergic? If she had, it was probably a slip of the tongue. She’s defo dairy intolerant though, says her stomach doesn’t agree with it.
I will try and find it... but i swear in one vlog she said specifically she was allergic NOT intolerant? I am probably wrong (lockdown brain) I would love someone else to let me know!

I have been watching her for a few years and always heard dairy intolerant but I could be wrong, tbf while writing this i am second guessing myself - but my first thought was deffo dairy intolerant

That rings a bell with me too! However, it might just have been the case of her saying "I'm allergic to dairy" without thinking about it, becuase she almost always says intolerant

In one of her videos (I think it was an early q&a for 15k subs) she said a doctor told her that she likely has IBS and she went to see a food specialist who told her that she's dairy intolerant not lactose intolerant. People with a lactose intolerance can often still consume small amounts of dairy, like hard cheeses. For Grace is sounds like any amount of dairy negatively effects her bowels but she wouldn't get a rash or hives from it.

ahh okay thanks for this! I am lactose intolerant (albeit it do eat things I shouldn't when I am at home/know I won't have to work etc) but had not idea they were different

In a recent video I recall her saying that she was told she was allergic (when she was younger I presume) but that she may grow out of it. She said that recently she had noticed that when she accidentally had dairy it didn’t have as much of an effect as it used to but still upset her stomach so she said she thinks she must just have an intolerance now and not a full on allergy.

Allergies/intolerances are so strange! with my dairy intolerance I can be okay sometimes for months eating bits of dairy but then seemingly I eat too much and then I really cannot eat it for a while again, it is really strange

Does anyone know why she uses a one use throwaway mask and not a reusable one?
She's really into reusable bottles and drinks cups so I thought she would use a reusable mask too, but maybe there's a reason for it.

Unless proven that a filter works a reusable mask really isnt safer then a throw away mask and if you cant trust yourself to wash it after use then a one time is better.

that being said there is no saying that the one she uses is safe as well but that would be my guess.

I think in her earlier videos she was wearing a reusable mask. I know some people who find it harder to breathe through a reusable mask (but also some who find it harder to breathe through disposable masks). Also depending on the material/fit certain masks can cause bad acne.

I have a couple of reusable masks, but if they are in the wash i have some disposable ones to use in case, so it could be that?

She's been really creative lately, I've been impressed with the 70s dinner party and today's making supermarket cakes into a wedding cake (even though i know she's probably not the first person to have the idea). Her skin is so clear now!

The cake video was excellent, I love how it didn't turn out perfectly (infinitely better than what I could come up with anyway...) but she's still super upbeat and glad that she tried.

It also made me very glad we have a family birthday tomorrow, because I'm dying for some birthday cake!

yeh I loved that dinner party ep, I would love her to do other decades. My favourite videos of hers are the ones eating from the past, she put so much research into them

Did anyone used to watch Supersizers with Sue Perkins where they used to recreate food by era and dress up in the clothing of that time period?? Graces video made me think of that show. She could definitely do a series on her channel like that. It would be cool because it’s fun to watch but also a little history lesson

I love their kitchen setup so much. The layout of their house confuses me tho. I initially thought Grace's room was upstairs but I think her and her sisters room is downstairs? (none of this is important lmao but I just love house layouts, especially in the UK).

Their house was marketed as a 5 bed 2 bath bungalow. Both sisters have bedrooms downstairs and share a bathroom.
