Did she tell you if it’s a better job than her last one?

Here you go 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Awww, I feel so sorry for someone that chooses to work 2 out of 5 days a week, where 3 of those days are voluntarily spent on writing a book. So if you have to cram your 5 day work week into 2 by choice, please look for sympathy elsewhere. Funny how typical CEOs usually work these ridiculous hours 6-7 days a week because they usually can't turn off the work (there's always something to do) whilst Grace is "drowning" in 2 day work weeks.

Tip for productivity Grace: Albeit fun, you don't have to film photo shoots to share on Instagram nor do I think you need to be present for the entire duration of the shoot (which I understand takes hours). Be present as a leader but then recognise your work load and step away and let the team do their job. That way you can work on your own tasks within your work hours and within a reasonable amount of time. As it's been mentioned in this thread before already, this just shows bad time management and is the opposite of productivity. I hate this toxic hustle mindset thanks to influencers like her.

Hasnt even been a week since Krissy launched and people are already receiving their products .... took me over a month for mine to come from Tala & I live in London .... same happened for a lot of people in the U.K. 🤡

She didn’t even know whether she’d sell out all her products and she already had a loyalty scheme & student discount? ONER is definitely not a £6 million brand and Krissy is out here making it ‘accessible’ for people who could benefit from both a 10% discount and a loyalty scheme .... on the other hand; Grace and her ‘3’ brands are still scaling (?) whilst having constant issues in al launches and is more than a £6 million revenue brand 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

ONER will thrive, I’m saying it now

I really don't care much about this topic she is arguing about, but I just think she needs to step the hell away from her DMs and chill, this seems exhausting. For all her talk about not engaging in debates with people on her social media and blocking people who want to have those arguments, she always seems to engage with them anyway. Most of her DMs would've been 👏 emojis but she just has to seek out the criticisms so she can exercise her debating skills and share it on her story... I think she enjoys it more than she lets on.
Considering she runs multiple companies I'm shocked and confused how she can physically have the time to search through her DMs and find out these messages.

Oh wait, she doesn't actually run the companies so she has plenty of time!

Thr whole ‘I don’t give advice by DM’ thing 😂 not very left wing of you to always charge for your advice when she’s not actually even qualified! I’m in a field that is notoriously elitist and competitive, there are people who sell interview courses etc, but most of the profession actively tells students not to go for those and to reach out on twitter where many of us will offer advice and guidance for free. I don’t see how posting something like that can be considered to align with her ~ socialist views ~ tbh? Who does she actually think she is? I wouldn’t pay a penny for her business advice. If she cares so much about left wing values why doesn’t she do some kind of community aid or a mentorship programme or pretty much ANYTHING that helps other people without them having to pay for it? Ugh.

Grez will be fuming.
these measures are a direct result of people like grace and mon having no sympathy for other people and instead doing whatever the fuck they please as soon as they can. selfish behavior results in more cases and more lockdown measures.

So basically Grace is just saying she’s just going to get a Bentley 🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡

Also that first comment is so cringe

Just going to throw it out here again that now I definitely don’t know any influencer who shows off like she does and I follow kids of people who are way def way bigger than her.
For someone who is quite old money she really stinks of new money 🥴

She literally does everything for the trend. And as soon as it’s not fashionable, or starts actually impacting her life she drops it
- being fit
- YouTube
- being vegan
- backtrack on fit, to be “thicc”
- manifesting
- hanging onto love islanders
- the “rescue” maltipoo
- being a socialist during election for her student Twitter followers
- sustainability (this is the most awk one for grace though. Tried to jump on a “trend” but this is only gonna grow and it’s getting in the way of her capitalist billionaire dreams)
- BLM (still can’t believe her team posted about blm starting 3 months ago 🤯 #woke)
- the jewellery 🤢
- caring about social distancing etc etc
The socialism one really annoys me. She’ll retweet ‘eat the rich’ posts on twitter and then show financial graphs on her stories 🥴

Is anyone else still completely baffled as to what her book will be about? Like I just don’t get what the point is. What is there to redefine in productivity by someone like Grace? Would understand if it’s someone with a psychology background or someone a lot more knowledgeable (like the atomic habits book etc) who can give tips on optimising productivity etc, but like seriously, what advice is she going to give?
I think she’s just going to plagiarise all the productivity books she’s been furiously reading over the last few months. There won’t be a single original thought in it.

Yeah like Rihanna is quite a good example. Don’t even think she has social media because she’s not arsed. Just wants to sing. Pre influencer, I remember there being a thing because media tried to slam her as a bad role model and she was like- I never signed up to be your role model I just produce music.

whereas influencers are signing up to be INFLUENCERS the clue is in the name. You can’t pick and choose. (Also it’s not hard to just have a private account and a public one full of ads if you are properly arsed)

I don’t know how grace still has so many fans though, she NEVER engages with her followers. Like when you look at her insta pics she never replies or likes comments. The only time she’ll reply is when she’s spent half an hour (timeblocked out a work day duh) to think of a sarcy response to someone calling her out. But if she can’t think of an immature reply she just deletes.

also do you not think it’s weird how obsessed she is with Tala and doesn’t seem to give a shit about the other 2. Aggressive shreddy stories as case study 1. She never comments on their insta posts but will always be on TALA like OMG 😍😍😍, Fire🔥 etc. Weird

There’s nothing impressive or admirable about an already rich upper class white girl making big purchases because she’s rich enough, because she’s always been rich enough. If it was someone that made it from nothing and finally purchased their dream car, it’d be different if they posted them with a car (eg, Krissy cela). However Grace’s constant wealth flaunting is far from impressive, it stinks of privilege and a clear lack of awareness. It’s hardly ‘started from the bottom now we’re here’ type stuff.

also the girl in her DMs is clearly one of those feminists that believe that a rich upper class white girl taking on the roles white men usually take in a ‘boss babe’ fashion rids the world of any gender inequality.
