Imagine the Nike ceo replying to an insta comment like this
not Grace trying to flex that her ‘competitive salary’ team are working when they should be off sick????Please tell me this was one of you guys View attachment 1504759
if your staff are working whilst in hospital, you have created a toxic culture. weird flexPlease tell me this was one of you guys View attachment 1504759
she has done the absolute most to transform her body into the current y2k-friendly ideal. she always had a flat stomach and a big bum but now she's much skinner, doesn't have as much of an arse, and seems to have a narrower frame than before. TBH i think it's relatively easy for her as she stores unusually little fat in her stomach but i still think it's mad, like i get wanting to participate in new fashion but to entirely change your body to fit it is kinda sad esp. when she was considered to have a nice body anyway
So her employees are working whilst clearly quite unwell is that what she is saying? Please tell me this was one of you guys View attachment 1504759
It just irks me with all the excuses you are a brand, people have expectations. Just pure excuses if you don’t have the resources to launch so many products then slow down and stop doing so many releases until you can keep up?not Grace trying to flex that her ‘competitive salary’ team are working when they should be off sick????
‘out of pure kindness and love for the brand’ - so you mean you consistently rely on the ‘goodwill’ of your employees to get work done rather than employing enough people, prioritising workload properly and compensating employees? do they even provide sick pay? maybe Grace could’ve helped with the launch instead of dicking about with her 800 word Instagram schedules?? nobody’s going to die if TALA delay their 40th identical launch of the year for a day or so.
i use accessibility software to help me proofread, because it’s called a reasonable adjustment and I am legally entitled to reasonable adjustments at work. TALA must be an HR nightmare
It’s also just a load of bollocks bc no comms team are sitting there writing the captions and creating graphics on the day of a launch. Unless they’re stupid and don’t know schedulers exist, or have been so ridiculously rushed and overstretched before that they’ve not had a moment to write, proof and schedule what they’re putting out in advance. It just irks me with all the excuses you are a brand, people have expectations. This is the most unprofessional thing I have EVER SEEN. A CEO in the insta comments of the company account responding to fair criticism by a customer by accusing them of being "quick to judge"? So embarrassing. Please tell me this was one of you guys View attachment 1504759
It was on the tala comments under the 365 collection! I assume it’s been deletedWhere was that comment? I can’t find it.
To be fair Google is fairly stock standard across the marketing industry as it's much easier to work collaboratively in real-time compared to MS Office. Though I'm sure there are online proofreading tools/additions to Google that can be used...Has anyone seen TALA use MS Office? It seems like they just use Google products...MS Office's proofreading tools are way better than Google's. Grace seems to use GMail for everything. Maybe I'm underinformed/unfairly cynical, but if Grace won't bother buying MS Office for her team, I can hardly see her buying specialist software for her dyslexic employees...
shes so out of her depth it’s unreal. She makes out that she’s this business woman when in reality she doesn’t have a clue. It’s also just a load of bollocks bc no comms team are sitting there writing the captions and creating graphics on the day of a launch. That was one thing that really annoyed me in her stories a couples of days ago:

If you can’t hire fast enough to get the resource you need, you pause, consider pinch points and reprioritise workload. If you actually care about your team and have any emotional intelligence or knowledge about how to run an organisation, you don’t just keep spreading stuff about and hoping people don’t burn out. There is plenty of stuff they don’t need to be doing, those planners for a start, nothing is a life or death situation, and they’re beholden to precisely no one. Even most investors will understand the business sense of a reset if it means success and bigger returns in the longer run.
