Now she is rebranding as some kind of weird productivity/wellness influencer? So funny that only a few months ago she wrote a whole book about toxic productivity and not believing everything you see on social media - now she’s posting reels and stories of her pretending to be more productive than she is (e.g. lying about times she does things to prove she fits it all in around a 9-5). I don’t understand how this content can be helpful, it just makes people feel bad. Fitting in a 30 minute workout every morning is pretty easy if you have a decked out home gym.

Exactly, can you call it a "sleep pattern" when you wake up early for a flight? I definitely wouldn't! It's so misleading to represent this as her life, and additionally, even if she was up early working, NOT boasting about it on social media was the entire point of her book! She must be severely up herself to not get the hypocrisy hereLol this is what I mean with the fake productivity and her hypocrisy - this is exactly the kind of social media content she was criticising in her book. Her story makes it seem like she stayed up all night working when she’s actually just up early for a flight and decided to do some planning while she waits to board.
