I'm pretty sure all this work was done before they moved in over a year ago they are just drip feeding. The original budget was 75K apparently she went way over and tried to take him back to court to pay it. Regardless when Blyth took her on they knew who was paying.

I’m no expert and everyone is different, however, I have endometriosis and experienced a lot of issues and horrendous pain. I had several laparoscopies to laser tissue away etc and was advised the best thing to treat it was Microgynon. It really helped me and kept mine under control. The pain eased greatly.
Again, I’m not an expert and treatments will vary, but if Lauryn was so bad with endometriosis why wasn’t she on similar treatment? he was generous with Kairo I don’t know how it will go in court but the house was bought from blackmail and if he proves it blackmail is a serious offence she will could end up with house taken back .

if I was him I would refuse to pay a penny more but offer to buy her a house for half a million and let her keep it . Keep her away and stop her taking him court again , court is what keeps them connected that’s why she does the things she does she can’t move on in life talking through his legal team in her mind keeps him close

If he did offer her a home bought for in her name that might sway a judge especially if it's decided she got the house through ill gotten gains.

I do wonder if this time around he might employ a forensic accountant and investigator if he can prove she has other income and didn't declare things like her shared property with her mum she might find herself in serious financial do-do.

If it were me I would want a clean cut, if the judge again refuses to allow a lump sum, put that sum in an account to pay her and leave lawyers to deal with it and walk away.
Any hope that he could build a relationship with KWs + Keep Annie and their family together is probably gone Lauren would make all their lives hell.

Apparently, old Lozza did have surgery(ies) but she hasn’t got the scars to show. We’ve seen enough of her midriff to know she is a liar when it comes to Endo. And was also so beaten by it over her birthday, yet she spent thousands that same week

Exactly Chloe husband gets triple what lauryn does I get they have to actually pay bills unlike her but still they don’t try live how she does … I hope he ruins her in court and I hope Annie has taken her court to for lies like Sian said she was offered for kids to meet but declined !!

This would be my advice to him too (if he wanted to take advice from a middle aged Nan who he's never met!)
The house she lives squats in is worth about £2.5m? In 16 years time when she gets evicted do you seriously think it will have made much of a profit?
Let's be honest, she will trash it. He will have to pay for general maintenance plus any extra she does in damage. Obviously it will increase in value but I very much doubt he will break even when he tries to sell it when she has to leave.
Financially he would be better off buying her a house for £500k-£1m and signing it over to the children whilst putting her as custodian.
Although a big financial hit it would absolve him of any further financial ties to her and he could also save face by saying he'd provided for K1 and K2.
