But when you ask her privately if she supports it she says no it’s haram what ever that means

haram i believed means forbidden (no
offensive to anybody meant if i have that wrong) but that actually depends on exactly what you asked - if you asked does the Quran support it, then her answer makes sense and doesn’t mean it’s her views, so I think it depends on what you actually asked and her actual answer, rather than a sweeping she doesn’t support.

I honestly can’t work out what she does at the restaurants every night, she goes in the same clothes that she’s had on all day, no make up or hair done, she she obviously isn’t from of house. If she isn’t doing deliveries what does she actually do?? It’s bizarre.
