Might also be a clickbait thing in some cases since more people will be curious why a beloved show has been AXED (as it's usually melodramatically styled) as opposed to it just... ending as intended.
All about getting that engagement, even if it's mostly people pointing out they're being misleading 🙄

Hurrah a ghosts thread! Who knew! I Adore this show. Saw the film on Thursday. So so good! I can't imagine watching it blind so to speak. I'm glad there's been folk watching is a standalone and still enjoyed it.

I wish Mary hadn't been sucked off 🤭 back in series 4, she was my favourite 🔥

I tried watching the American one not long after I'd finished our one but didn't like it. Does anyone recommend it? I really want to like it because there's so many seasons of it! There's an Australian one too, wondering if I'd enjoy that 🤔

Anyway the film was fab and they could easily make more of these..or at least some feature length specials seeing as it ended waaay in the future. Lots of years to play about with while still keeping true to the final episode 🙏🏻

The little girl will have grown so much that they would have to keep replacing the actress to keep it a child ghost

We've got an independent cinema near us, it's thing is that it's old fashioned, there's an interval for buying cups of tea and ice cream and on some nights they have someone playing the Organ. It's musty and cold but we love it! It's only £6 a ticket. They are showing it daily for a whole week which I'm so happy about as i was worried it wouldn't be on and I'd have to go to the expensive chain cinema instead🤣 Don't think we can go until Saturday though which I'm gutted about.

Enjoyed episode 2 (UK version) last night. I'm trying to watch it once a week, to stretch this last series out.... 🤞👻

I thought it was perfect 😊This last series hasn't been my favourite tbh but this had all the usual Ghosts magic 🥰

I would 100% recommend HH, it’s marketed as a kids show but it’s very funny and you’ll definitely learn something!

The lack of nuance in the characters and how they are developed or not as the case may be is a flaw. It's too quick in spite of so many episodes so characters don't get to grow naturally they are thrown at us quickly. And with little we don't quickly find out about them.

I enjoyed it and shed a wee tear 😢 but like someone else said, wherever Alison goes she sees dead people. But I appreciate that they wanted it to end… I’ve been watching the US version and it’s grown on me

I'm excited for the new series but I also don't want it because that means it's ending. But also I want it to end with me still wanting more so I'm glad they aren't flogging it to death.

Just finished Season 4. I was so sad when Mary got sucked off as she was my favourite.
Season 5 hasn’t started downunder yet.
