She can’t get a council house around sunderland / Gateshead / Durham. They’re all linked and that section that has been served will be on her file & they won’t touch her. She would have to go Scotland / Wales or even perhaps Liverpool / Manchester type ways to try but even then not guaranteed.
She can’t private rent because she has a horrendous credit score off all the things she hasn’t paid. Like those awful £200 clip in teeth she used to wear. She hasn’t goat a guarantor (Johns grandad was her last and she owes £6,000 to him and it’s been to court and he was awarded the judgement she had to pay that back). A guarantor has to be a home owner and none of her family own their houses and even if they did they wouldn’t do it for her.
She’s up tit creek without a paddle.
She could of saved all that money she spent on drinks, meals, clothes and secured a good week or more in the hotel to try contact other councils and see what she can sort but she needs to be homeless in that area. No way she is going anywhere because she’s an addict she needs her script.
So she’s really stuck and she knows it!! Her best best would be rehome ralphie and get herself remanded so at least she has a roof over her head and 3 meals a day.
Imagine not having anyone to help you or anywhere to go because you have completely ruined everyone’s lives that comes near you with your lies. Even her own Mam and sister stay clear. Her mam would have her on the street. Yes she phones and msgs her but that’s just to check she is alive because it’s her daughter at the end of the day and her mam honestly thinks Julie will end up dead very soon.
What a sad sad existence but I can’t feel sorry for her because it’s all her own doing. I do however feel for ralphie hungry and being pulled for pillar to post.

Most areas i would presume you need a local connection to the area to be housed by council. I do know my area in Scotland thats the case
You do need a local connection or to have lived there 2 years private renting or something
