Online, you have to email [email protected] and put “requesting access for case number 3309730/2023, hearings date 31/3/25” they will send you an email with an PIN and instructions how to watch.

It normally starts at 10 and ends before 5 so depends on working hours/location. I’m wfh today so have it on in the background

In the office and a couple of colleagues from our sad excuse for a safeguarding team are talking about how someone has dropped the ball when they invited someone who is 'anti trans' to come do a talk for us. Wonder if they mean the person is anti trans or just knows that men cannot be women.

The female member of staff also had to clarify if being anti trans was bad or not.....which just shows the level ofcritical thinking which goes into trans = good, anti trans = bad.

Unfortunately this won’t deter the ‘trans women are women’ people..

Luckily it’s a bit of a meat head gym not my thing but some of my family go there and love it so thought I would try! I would be VERY shocked if any TIMs even went there but I feel like they’d make a point of MALE/FEMALE not men/women if they did try it! I’ll keep my eyes peeled

I’m actually lucky to live in a fairly backwards kind of town so it would be a rarity to see a TIM. TIF are more common, sadly, esp teenagers

One of my favourite local bakeries has just lost me as a customer and social media follower because they decided to share a post from another account saying that transphobes should be deported to hell. So sick of businesses jumping on this bull bandwagon.

There used to be a day when one could buy a product based on need of the item, and the seller would sell the product based on need of coin, and thus the two people lived happily ever after, their transaction completed and satisfactory.

Now, we buyers get bombarded with politics and ideology when we try to buy cat food from the supermarket or a cake from a bakery, and we feel stressed and attacked. And the seller wastes breath spouting the ideology and gets angry and miserable too, and doesn't want to sell to certain people if they don't subscribe to the latest ideology, etc.

Both feel oppressed and stressed and unhappy. I wish buying / selling could be divorced from feelings and beliefs and go back to simple 'i need this item to help me live my life/i need to sell this item to pay my bills and feed my family'. A simple business transaction. Life would be much simpler if we kept ideologies to ourselves and could buy things in peace.

I hate it when businesses get involved with politics or virtue signalling. I don't care if they don't like Donald Trump or what they think about LGBTQ blah. It's not relevant to anyone buying their product and could alienate some customers. It's certainly a poor business model.
True equality is being available for everyone, not just customers who think the same as you.
