It’s outrageous that a man entered the women’s toilets and had a go at a female member of staff. However, in the Washington Post, she says, “I took it to mean that I was the security risk because someone had mistaken me for trans,” when clearly it was a security risk that she hadn’t followed due process when reporting a threatening man in the women’s, potentially leaving other women vulnerable. Walmart admitted their response to fire her had been disproportionate and offered to reinstate her with back pay. She refused to return.Thoughts? I'd love to know what actually happened. I'm pretty sure that even in the states a worker of 7 years couldn't be "sacked" for being accused of being trans. Much more to this than Pink News is letting on. It says at the end that Walmart have offered her a return to work. I wonder if there's a crowdfunder attached to this somewhere...
Weirdly, I know an usual number of tall women I can think of four who are over six foot (and I don't have a massive social circle - because I'm not a fan of people). No one would ever look at them and think they were male regardless of how they were dressed, how their hair was cut or whether they were wearing makeup.
As for the rainbow licence plate frame, the police are very strict about frames that obscure any part of the plate, including the state name. I bet that’s why she was pulled over. I used to watch a YouTuber from one of the US southern states who liked pimping up his cars and he was constantly getting pulled over for having various illegal frames, nothing to do with the pattern or the colour of the frame.

I bet Cynthia has experienced real bigotry on the grounds of her sex, skin colour and sexual orientation. Why she chooses to focus on a made-up identity and people’s failure to comply with compelled speech as grounds for discrimination is beyond me.
